We’ve used 280 Paint and Body before without issues, but this recent experience was disorganized and frustrating. Communication was poor from start to finish – we had to follow up multiple times for updates, and delays kept piling up. At one point, they sent our vehicle to a Toyota dealer for part of the repair without notifying us, adding even more time to the process. From drop-off to completion, the repair took over a month and was far more difficult than necessary. While the repair itself was fine, the lack of communication and repeated delays mean we won’t be returning.

I absolutely cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Let’s start with Jackie, who consistently fails to return calls and blatantly lies about Steve—who, by the way, doesn’t even bother to defend himself because he’s just as dishonest. This shop outright stole my CB antenna, then lied about it and tried to pin the blame on another shop that installed my sunroof. Funny enough, I personally know the team there, and they confirmed that my truck arrived without an antenna. They even had pictures and video footage to prove it. To top it all off, the paint job this shop did on my vehicle was abysmal—so poorly done that I’ve actually cut myself twice on rough paint edges! Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle literally anywhere else but here.

I walked in because my muffler was giving me trouble after I backed into something. and they did top of the line work for pretty cheap last time.

A guy walked out and took a look at my car, took some pictures and said, "ah hell you might be able to just bend the muffler back into place, you don't mind my scuffing up your bumper?" I told him no. He came out with a crowbar, and stuck it into the muffler, lunged with all of his weight on it and it snapped back into place. He said"fire it up." I got back in my car, it revved up, quieter than the day I bought it. He said, "have a nice day!", and slung that crowbar over his shoulder and walked away. I'm telling you not all superheroes wear capes.

Wow, they got a lifetime customer for that.

I’ve been doing business with 280 Paint and Body for years. Great auto body techs, and the painter is fantastic! The staff in the office are customer oriented, and make your transaction very easy. If you have an unfortunate accident, I highly recommend these guys!

No concept of time. No follow up. No sense of urgency. Vehicle has been in the shop over 4 months with them telling me “2 more weeks,” for 2 months. Worst experience I have ever had with any service company. I don’t know how they are in business or will stay in business. If you need services they offer, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Great place my car looks almost the same if not better than it was before. I had taken it to a joe hudson and they had horrible customer service. I will for sure be getting my car towed to 280 paint and body.

Stopped in their parking lot when I heard a weird noise coming from my back wheel. Went and looked at it and it had a thin metal wire wrapped around the rotor about 40 times. I thought to myself how lucky it just happened to occur at a place with a car lift and impact tools since my car didn't come with a jack. They can put it on the lift and take the wheel off and back on in 10 minutes! I walk into the office and explain the situation to the guy behind the counter and his verbatim reply was "What, you don't know how to take a tire off?". I decide right then that I did not want to give this guy any of my time or money. I drive to my father-in-laws 5 minutes away and I use wire snippers to remove the wire in <10 minutes. I have no experience with the quality of their work, but my experience with the quality of their people was very disappointing.

Gave them my truck to get the rear bumper re-painted and from start to finish they were extremely professional and efficient. Even on a holiday week (July 4th) I had my truck back only 4 days later. When I got there to pick it up I realized they gave my truck a full detail as well. That was totally unexpected and very nice to get my truck back completely spotless! Would highly highly recommend this company to everyone in the area needing some work done!
