Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Best prices in all of AZ and the customer support is excellent. My installer was very courteous and polite and did an amazing job on the water softener and the RO system. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Called about my broken water heater the day after Christmas. They responded within an hour and got to work. I had to replace the whole unit and everything was explained to me. The price was fair and Ethan was very polite, professional and did an excellent job including clean up. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Complete experience was perfect. Called the owner Nick on a Saturday with an emergency, he had Danielle with dispatch reach out immediately and she was very friendly, thorough and professional. Ethan, their tech showed up when he said he would, communicated everything clearly, explained the problem and solution in simple terms so anyone could understand. The experience was a very positive one. I had a defective water softener and it needed to be replaced. It was diagnosed and the unit was replaced and working in about two hours. The price was comparable to all the other quotes I have researched. Without a doubt I would recommend them for future projects.
