I contacted this business to ask if they had a replacement key fob I was told yes, they had it and could meet me at the business in an hour. I headed to town with my dad. We were there at the right time, I called the number and was told that he was almost an hour away. No problem, we went to run some errands. Twenty minutes later he says he can be there in a few minutes, so we turn around and go back. I get to the business and he says he doesn’t have the fob I need, it’s in his truck. He says he will get the fobs later that day, and will bring them to me since I live a ways out of town. That’s fine with me. I gave him my number, and never heard from him again. I can understand anything, we’re all human, but to just not do what you said you’re going to do is not good customer service. If you made a mistake, need to order them, it’ll take time, ok. But to just ignore me like we didn’t speak on the phone about this several times and not call me, not do what you said you would do. That just rubs me the wrong way. If you’re looking for a replacement fob, Amazon is your best bet.

When you need a locksmith this is your guy.
Saved us on a holiday weekend Sunday, stranded on the mountain. One call, he went to work problem solving, showed up quickly, sorted it all out. Friendly, great human and charged a very fair price for services. Can't say enough, almost makes me want to lose more keys. Thanks again.

We used Larsen Locksmith for a broken garage door lock. Alton was over to our home in less than 30 minutes after I called. Very prompt, polite, professional, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done while he was doing it. Excellent!

After a long weekend of camping, our travel trailer door latch was stuck locked. Al met us at his shop and went to work. He progressively tried all his tools and tricks, trying to save us time and money, but ultimately had to drill out the lock and replace the entire latch assembly. He was happy to help out, was pleasant to work with, and got us out of a jam on a late Sunday afternoon. Would hands down recommend Larsen Locksmith.

Locked out of garage on a very busy Saturday. Called Larsen Locksmith. Alton Lindbloom to the rescue! He arrived within 15 minutes, had the garage door open and made me 2 keys inside of 20 minutes. Friendly, courteous, kind and affordable who could ask for more? If you need the help, call Larsen Locksmith, you will not be disappointed !! Wish I could give 10 stars.

I most highly recommend Al the new owner of Larson Locksmith. Left on a trip in a hurry leaving keys in a locked garage with no spare in the house. Al came out quickly and opened up the garage in short order. Super polite and professional. Fees very reasonable. He quickly made me a duplicate key for less than big box store and tested it.
