I used Eagle Plumbing for the first time this past Friday and was so happy I did. Justin (I believe that was his name) was on time, very polite and corrected all my problems which included a very complicated issue, i.e. rebuilding 3 frost proof faucets which no one was willing to work on. He fixed a problem in my shower that the previous "plumber" messed up and changed out a leaky faucet for me. The staff with whom I dealt over the phone could not have been any nicer. Needless to say, I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing.

Came home to find water dripping from the door frame in my closet. My husband checked the ceiling and saw a small leak coming from one of the pipes. Called Eagle Plumbing and spoke with Casey. She was very sweet and helpful. She sent Justin our way for an emergency call. He arrived very quickly and got the leak fixed in no time at all. Nice guy, great service. We will choose Eagle Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

I am so impressed with their service, I Called on a holiday and yes, they would’ve charged extra but I could’ve waited, so they called the next day on a Monday to check in on me and I went ahead and scheduled them. I didn’t have all of the money they were willing to do a Payment plan and service was absolutely outstanding! My kitchen sink would not drain and the tech made it happen. He not only did that but he made sure I was comfortable. He checked on the rest of the plumbing in the house. Absolutely outstanding service five stars fully recommend!

I would definitely not recommend using Eagle Plumbing in the Benson or Sierra Vista area after multiple bad experiences.

In reply to the owners response..... Instead of a cut and paste response, if your goal is to truly provide excellent service you would have taken the time to call me. I think you should know how your your office manager "Shannon" treats your customers that you claim to value. She is the problem with your business. If I were you I would have Steven dealing with your customers as he has far superior people skills to Shannon. Call me anytime if you truly seek to provide great service and improve your business.

We had a great experience with this company. Ben is a great craftsman, and did an awesome job in our home. We had them install a new hot water tank, toilets, sinks, faucets, disposal, and all new shutoff valves. Shannon and Casey in the Office were a pleasure to work with. Great job!

Great customer service. They came out to look at my dad's propane hot water heater it went out. Issue ended up being the regulator on the propane tank and not the water heater. Although it was not a plumbing issue they called the next day to check if the hot water heater was working again. I appreciated the follow up.
