Let me assure you this company is by far the best. This company has helped me through 2 major disasters in the last 6 months. My sewer line collapsed under the slab and a water line broke in the wall today. They have made both situations less stressful by informing me of each step to take, cost and length of time to repair. They have always been on time, efficient, very reasonably priced and professional. Their knowledge, friendliness, and cleaning up after themselves were impressive. They are the best and I am truly grateful for all that they do. Thank you!

From the day that I called them to come to the house for an estimate to install a gas line. They were here 2 days later. Nick and his crew came by and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. A lot cheaper than the other two quotes that I got. I will definitely keep these guys on my speed dial if I ever need anything else done. I highly recommend them.

I cannot believe they charged me $657.00 for 2 hours of labor and $50.00 in parts to replace one foot of 3/4" copper pipe, one 3/4" Ball valve, and 10" of 3/4" supply line. I even waited a day without water so I wouldn't be charged an emergency fee. I've know the owner for 45 years and used his service before, so I trusted him. I guess you can't trust anybody anymore to do a good job for a reasonable price. If you let your guard down like I did, you will get ripped off just like I did.

If there was a way to give no star and still write a review I would, I will never use Huachuca Plumbing again! They charged me nearly $500 dollars to replace my garbage disposal. The one they put in runs $90 at the highest at multiple stores online and they were only here for less than an hour! BEWARE of them! I trust the people that do the jobs I can not, but that was a mistake here, they are wolves! Just horrible!

I have known the owner, Jerry Dickamore, and his office manager, Pam Whitecotton, for a couple of years. They are both honest and conscientious. They stepped forward with information to assist me and went out of their way to help me with a matter in which I was the victim of a scam at one point, when they certainly did not have to do so, simply because that is the kind of people that they are. They could have sat back and not become involved, but they would not do that because they are honest people. I know that they care about the work they do and the people they do it for. They will make sure that your plumbing needs are met, promptly and professionally, and charge fair and honest prices.

I noticed, awhile back, that there was air in the line of our kitchen faucet every morning. Then it grew worse, to about every 6 hours. When we found a puddle under the sink (going to get something), I noticed there was water up high on the main faucet as well as beading and dripping from the hot side line. Needless to say we knew stuff was broken and leaking.

Had Huachuca Plumbing come out and investigate. They finally told me there was NO water leaking from the lines (contrary to what I told them I saw with my own eyes), but ONLY seeping in from under the seal and dripping down. Cost? $59. Solution? None.

We bought a new faucet from Lowes (Moen rules! Will never buy a Price-Pfister again!) and I finally decided to save money and remove/install myself. After finally getting the P-P removed (yanking and tearing and cutting), I installed the Moen (it was a breeze!) and... amazingly enough... there has not been one episode of air in the line since!

Why? Because there WAS a leak (most probably at the points mentioned earlier). I thought the air was coming in from elsewhere in the water pipes, from... something... somewhere. But my (unknowledgeable) assumption was actually wrong. It was all just under the sink!

In all this, I've learned not all plumbers are the "know-it-all" people we tend to think of them as. And... you CAN learn how to do things (and learn other stuff in the process) without having a plumber do it all for you.

I'm disappointed in the service I got from HP, but grateful it didn't cost more. And exceedingly grateful, in trying to save money, I was able to do something I felt totally inadequate to do and surpassed my own expectations! And learned something about air in the line, too!

Never too old (even at 48) to learn that you can do things you didn't think you could and learn things you didn't know, to boot! AUSA!

Very helpful, very efficient, and they are great all around people. I think those bad reviews were someone not thinking before they acted as well, I have known these people for a good while, they have done multiple jobs, every year the retail price of parts and services go up, did anyone not notice the 10 dollar an hour has screwed us
