One thing to be sure to do is make an appointment for your estimate. They do not take walk-ins. The other inportant thing to note is they do not take personal checks or cash. They only take credit or debit and there is a 3% fee for credit. They did a great job fixing the large scrape on my car. It looks as good as new!

They called to say my vehicle was ready and then threatened that if I don’t pick it up they’ll call enterprise and enterprise will charge me every day my car is ready. Completely unprofessional. Now I have to figure out how to pick it up day of when they said it would be ready at a later date.

Kaizen did an awesome job fixing my wifes Audi TT after it was hit in an accident. This Audi and color was hard to find and we were sick to think it may have been a total loss but Kaizen got her back on the road fast and looking and running like nothing ever happen.
