Such a great place! The process was easy and the people working are kind and knowledgeable. Dillion was the one to help with fixing up my car after a minor crash, he was great communicating updates! My car was fixed super quick, only four days! Definitely recommend Flagstaff Collision Center!

Our car was involved in a frontend collision with a deer and suffered extensive damages. Since we are from CA and only in AZ temporarily, we did not know any body shops in the area. We had it towed to the nearest shop that is part our insurance network, which happened to be Flagstaff Collison Center. While the customer service at the Flagstaff Collision Center was courteous and friendly, the repairs done were not as expected. They may have a state-of-the-art facility but the repairs done on our car was truly a disappointment.

During the repair process, we were kept in the loop with occasional update calls. While the car was in the shop for over a month, we were told the dashboard warnings lit up like Christmas lights. To their credit, they ran diagnostics and “fixed” the issue. After we took possession of the car, the issue returned. The warning lights went away by the time the car was returned to the shop, so they were unable to address the issue when we first brought it up. Once it happened more consistently, they took the car back for diagnostics. After keeping the car for 3 days, they took it to a dealership in Flagstaff. It turned out to be an issue with the fuel injectors. To be fair, this may not be related to the collision repair. To their credit, while our car was back in their shop, they provided us with a complimentary car rental while our car was in their shop for 3 days and at the dealership for another 3 days.

However, the following issues were definitely related to the repairs done by Flagstaff Collision Center.
1. While driving the car back to CA, the shutter grille warning light came on. Once we arrived in CA, we immediately took the car to our local dealership. The mechanic found damage to the shutter grille wire harness and wire connector. (See attached picture) Not only did the Flagstaff Collision Center replace the shutter grille wire with damaged parts, the wiring was routed incorrectly! You can read the attached mechanic’s note.

2. When we first took possession of the car from Flagstaff Collision Center, we took it for a test drive. Right away we noticed that the radiator fan was running loud, much louder than normal. We mentioned this to them and the manager dismissed it as normal due to hot weather. However, the fan continued to make loud noises. It got so much louder we asked our mechanic in CA to check it out as well. He found that the radiator fan motor was damaged and it was blowing air in the WRONG direction! Our service advisor and the mechanic had a good laugh about this. We still don’t understand how this passed Flagstaff Collison Center quality control – maybe they don’t have one!

3. The molding on the driver side door rubbing against the molding on the fender. (See attached video) It happened sporadically at the beginning but now it is happening every time when opening the driver side door. Since we are now back in CA, we have to take the car to another body shop to have this fixed. We were told that the bumper installation was loose and missing some brackets. New parts have to be ordered, so we lost use of our car for another 2 days.

4. Front bumper and grille are loose due to either missing clips or the replacement parts were not specific for our car manufacture. According to the advisor at the body shop in CA, the parts used by Flagstaff Collision Center came from another car manufacturer which do not fit properly with our car, hence the loose bumper and grille. (See attached list of missing parts.)

This has been a very frustrating experience for us. Obviously, we would not expect our car to run like new after a collision. However, we did not expect to experience so many issues after the repairs done by Flagstaff Collision Center. These issues would not have happened had the work been done correctly. Now we are just crossing our fingers hoping nothing else will go wrong.

After an accident in a parking lot, the responsible parties insurance took a lifetime (7 months) to approve the claim. These wonderful people here at Flagstaff Collision were assisting me the entire time from making calls to the insurance company to keeping me updated. Once the claim was approved the car was fixed in a matter of days. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. I will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as I am in Flagstaff. Highly recommend!!!

Beyond outstanding customer service and repair. Communication on status made even after center closed. Imperfections not a part of the accident were fixed also. Car looked as if just bought.

Just picked my car up and I couldn't be happier. It looks fantastic. Even better than the day I bought it. Flagstaff Collision had the work finished a week earlier than estimated and everyone was super helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

Dean was super responsive throughout the entire process. There was a slight delay towards the end but with a major repair like I had it was understandable. The work itself was phenomenal. My truck looks brand new. It looks better honestly! Fantastic work. You guys run an amazing shop. All my interactions with the staff were super friendly. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Huge HUGE thanks to Flagstaff Collision! Especially Dean.. a lady rear ended my vehicle and her insurance was a huge hassle to pay. But Dean was persistent about having the insurance company move quickly to get my vehicle fixed. They even finished a week early than what was expected. The customer service is outstanding. Tristen at front desk is amazing as far as customer service goes. Dean Swansen was assigned to my 3500 Ram as far as estimates and repairs are concerned. He kept in contact with me via email twice a week. My truck was completed 2 days prior to original date given. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And to anyone who worked on my Ram in the shop.
