These guys are AWESOME! Not only are they beyond friendly, accommodating and fast workers but they can do anything! I went on multiple lock smiths for my truck bed cover because I didn’t have a key. These guys were able to do it no problem and for a great price. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you guys!

I drove to the store location but the parking lot is small and two big trucks were blocking part of the lot. I couldn’t see the store so I called. I got the mobile division and the guy was rude and unhelpful. I am going somewhere else.

Let me clarify as to why…

It’s just before midnight on a Sunday and I am locked out of my residence after returning home from traveling. We set up an emergency appointment and I am introduced to my support, his name is Guy. It was a deadbolt needing to be unlocked and the last thing I wanted to do was drill out to put a new one on. So, he took to the task of trying with all he had (physically and in his toolbox) to get the door unlocked. He even had some tricks up his sleeve to see if those tactics would do the trick. In the end, the locks strong-armed us, leaving the only option of drilling and replacing.

BUT, he didn’t JUST put on a new lock and call it (despite it being 12:30 am on Monday now)…Guy is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in his work to ensure a job well done. He ensured everything was in line where it should be, doing a bit of custom work to assure that everything is as secure as possible. He even went a step further and rescrewed and leveled the door on the hinges.

I’m writing this 20 minutes after the job being done. It is currently 1:15 am on Monday morning. And, from what I heard, Guy has to get up in less than 5 hours to get back to doing a great job for the rest of their customers.

We will be customers as long as we’re local. Big thanks to the owner for setting up our appointment over the phone, and especially to Guy, who went above and beyond probably anyone else in his position.

That’s how work should be done, always with pride. That’s what Guy and this company proved to me.

So I called many locksmith after I lost my car keys , I was reading online and Iunderstood that there is many scammers at this business, I called to couple locksmiths business in the area to take a quote and they all was way more expensive and after I saw the reviews of this company I decided to take a quote from them.
At that time I used to live in Phoenix I called them and Johnny to owner was speaking with me , he was really friendly and honest and the most important things he gave me half price than the others wanted
After I told him that I need the key ASAP he was super helpful and came right away !
After 20 minutes I had the keys in my hand
,I couldn’t believe he did it so fast !!!!
maybe it was over a year ago but I still remember how happy I was with this service so thank you very much Johnny locksmith I really appreciate you honesty and your fair prices !!!
