My experience with this body shop was very concerning, they allowed our "stolen" car to be dropped of in their yard without any paperwork from a towing company. We reported the car stolen earlier in the day. Just by chance we drove by the lot when my daughter noticed it in the back. After calling and waiting for the police we were able to retrieve our car back with no real explanation as to why it was there in the first place.

Thanks to Pat and his enployee they got me to see my family .I was towed in there because I hit a deer and my S.U.V. was working and they got me to California to see my family and I got back home to Louisiana to get it in for repair .

Yeah, after being referred by our insurance company for some body work, they did not want to accept the payment from them and wanted a few hundred dollars more, with us paying out of pocket on a $0 deductible. I'm not about to pay extra for their work when the insurance coverage is accepted by other reputable places, and was what seemed like a reasonable offer from our insurance, lol.
There are plenty of places in Gallup who do quality work for what the insurance company pays, which again seemed reasonable.
On their behalf, I have used their services before and was pleased with their work, which is why I was going to go back, but not for their higher prices.
I wish them well, but it never hurts to shop around!

My windshield cracked and Johnny had my car ready within a few hours. I called before to make sure the windshield was in stock and scheduled an appointment. The ladies up front are friendly and helpful. The shop staff was friendly as well. Thanks for helping us out!

Never come here they do terrible work very rude obese lady at front desk. I have to agree with the few others and wish I read the reviews before coming here the manager Johnny is definitely difficult to work with. I wish I never brought my vehicle here the repairs they did are not right my windows don’t roll up like they used to the body is still dented and paint don’t match. Stay far away from here I will be taking my vehicle to D&A I hear they are good.

Took my car in for a damage that I could of got done for around 500.00 in a private body shop.
They had my car for 10 days.
They called said it was ready.
I showed up the door handle was put back on crooked. Side skirt was damaged.
They kept it longer.
I came back my bumper was hanging off about 1-2 inches.
I went home rolled down my window it wouldn't go back up.
I had to fix it myself. By this point I don't even want to take it back.(I didn't) My back window rolls down off slitly crooked. Not bad but it was never like that. As I get ready to take off the panel. I notice they broke a piece off the panel. The side skirt color isn't the same color as the original paint.
All this was done for $1,300.00
I feel like I was ripped off. Lost of money.

A smart man learns from his mistakes: I'll never take my cars back there.

A wise man learns from others mistakes: take your car somewhere else.

1,300.00 went down the drain.

Worst place ever to take your vehicle for a "repair" I swear Geico and this place have some sort of scam they're running. The staff are no help at all (especially the 2 ladies at the front desk) as well as the manager Johny. It's really only about the money and not about the satisfactory of customers. I am amazed they still get customers. I've should have listened to my friend that this place was awful and way to expensive. I declined anymore assistance because nothing was being done. NOTHING! The dent on my car is still visible and my rear bumper is slightly hanging. Awful. Awful. I recommend going to a private body shop elsewhere. Rico Paint & Body shop has lost my respect and so has Geico. I am no longer afilliated with either. Rico = Ripoff!

Staff is quite particular about the insurance carriers and their policies without resolve. Almost discouraging. Told me that since my damaged rim is aftermarket that I will have to order and purchase myself or work with insurance on my own.
