Our hot water heater decided to die on us suddenly (of course), and Jack and his team were able to come to the rescue. Not only did they replace the water heater and hot water circulator, but they found a small leak in the front yard (when turning off the water to install everything) that needed to be fixed by the city. They were courteous and straightforward, and there were no surprises upon payment. Jack is the only plumber I will call for anything that happens in the future.

Exceptional Response, Service, and Professionalism

I discovered Moretto Plumbing through a Google search, and their logo immediately caught my attention with the inclusion of two meaningful Bible verses: John 3:16 and Colossians 3:23. The latter verse, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23), really resonated with me, and I knew this was the team to call.

I contacted them on a Monday morning at 10:41 AM about a water leak in a copper line, 25 feet up a concrete wall in my brewery. Jack, the owner, reached out to me right away, and Paul was on-site within the hour. The response time, service, and communication were nothing short of outstanding. It was also a pleasure to meet another businessman on fire for Jesus.

We've just found our new plumber, and I couldn't recommend Moretto Plumbing more highly.

I don't know where to start... integrity, professionalism, promptness, expertise. The technician showed up on time, did a quick but very professional replacement of the pressure valve next to the water heater in the garage utility closet. He had to remove the tank to get to it, moved everything up to the front so that it wouldn't have to be moved over again if the valve needs replacement in the future, added a shut-off valve (don't know why there wasn't one to begin with, when you think about it), and didn't charge me near what the other companies were quoting (and a couple of the quotes I got were so high you would think it would be illegal - the term price gouging comes to mind). I cannot recommend this company more. You will not be disappointed.
