@lockdoctorar Lock Doctor - I got locked out of the house. Unfortunately with old school Anderson crank out windows there isn’t many ways to break in. At least that my non-criminal mind knows. So I called the highest rated on Google. I connected with an answering system, started leaving a message and they called back. I answered and talked to the voice on the phone. I explained what happened, asked the cost. They said they would be there in 30-35 minutes. I figured we were about as far away as possible, so that’s fine. They were only 20minutes or so. Checked to make sure I was who I said I was. I was greatful for that. Service was fast and we were in the house and all was good with life. Customer service was professional, yet personable. Price was very acceptable, even lower than most. Greg at the Lock Doctor was great! I urgently needed to get into a safe that my cod wasn’t working on and he came out within an hour and was able to get into it. He was very friendly and professional. While he was there, he also opened up a safe that hadn’t been opened in 15 years for me! Price was reasonable and service was fantastic!! I would recommend to everyone!

I’m so grateful I found Lock Dr! My father-in-law (w/ dementia) locked himself out of his room and the property manager was not responding. The house we are renting can be labeled a “flip house”. Greg came out and determined that the door handles were not reinstalled properly and remedied the issue quickly. He was able to address other issues with two other doors to be included with the service charge. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Thanks Greg!
