Our gas hot water heater element pilot went out, and from the initial call to the appointment, they kept us informed via text of our appointment time. Kyle was our technician and showed up promptly within the repair window to execute diagnosis. He informed me of the main issues normally seen with the setup and went to work. Within a few minutes, he had identified the problem and had it repaired shortly thereafter. On top of taking care of our problem, Kyle was very personable, and we had a chance to connect as people. He is definitely a good representative of the company, and that alone earned our future business and trust. I will definitely recommend Davis Plumbing & Repair for your needs.

James and Hayden did a great job on our full water line replacement. Communication was great. Took their time and I was very impressed with given the extensive digging how well they put my yard back together after the repair. Great group. Will definitely use again!

Amazing local company right here. From start to finish. I had a hose bib that needed to be replaced and they came right out. Scheduling was super easy, they sent me a text when on the way, and the technician, Jax was super professional. Highly impressed with Davis Plumbing!

Misty was very helpful and friendly. She was able to get us a technician within the hour on Christmas Day. James Cotton worked quickly to get our repairs done so that we could enjoy the rest of our Christmas evening. Would highly recommend James on future jobs.

The Davis team were amazing in the service they provided! Nick’s analysis and problem solving was outstanding; Jax’s southern respect and installation magic was very appreciated and Hayden sealed the deal with his desire to develop his plumbing skills and support his mentors. We very much appreciate the Davis teamwork from the efficiency of the scheduler to completion of the task. Our water leak was under the slab but through a creative solution, they avoided jack hammering and had minimal structural intrusion.

Just had an awesome experience with John and Davis Plumbing…. John is a sweetheart…. Extremely knowledgeable in what he is doing!!! He did an amazing g job with what we needed done…. I put John and Davis Plumbing in my contacts and we will use them for all are plumbing needs in the future!!! Also a big shout out to Misty who was just fantastic !!!
