had sewer pipes ruptured, called and adams plumbing come to rescue. only had to wait 2 days. fungus formed and when it dried up, they came and took care of fungus and double checked to make sure that we didn't have anything leaking. this is the 2nd time using in last 8 years. I will recommend them to anyone. thanks Adams plumbing.

No detailed billing as to what was done. Cut 6 holes in walls to repair outside fauset and did not repair. Left huge mess. Did work that was not requested by realtor. Had to repair work that was not done correctly by another person. Leaks were not fixed...would not talk to us about bill & threatened us to go to court when ask about work done & itemized bill. Went twice to office but was told to just pay what we owed. Extremely rude on phone.

We had a pipe burst due to cold weather. Had trouble finding a plumber. Called Adam's and problem was fixed. It was probably 8 or 9 pm on a Friday when the workers were done. After ours they still had another to go to. Very friendly workers. Would recommend Adam's plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you!!

They kept putting me off for 5 days while I had a water leak. They kept telling me they were coming that day but kept putting other people in front of me. I even offered a $200 tip if they showed up but still no show. Finally gave up and called a real plumber.

Worst experience ever!!!! Guy came out said they would be back next day to fix I called @2 in afternoon he said he'd call me right back to let me no when workers would be there...... they never called or showed up!!!!

Absolutely the worst. Never finished the job, and would do part of it, leave, then ignore your calls for a few days, show up and do some more but still not finish. Then repeat, over and over. Call someone from Little Rock. It's worth the extra money.
