I have not personally hired nor used this company. My review is based on one of their workers and their driving. On May 2, 2024 I was driving home from Oakhurst and was passing South Gate. The worker who was driving the truck in the picture was well over a car and a half behind me as the lane started to merge, and this worker sped up to over 60 mph to try to pass me. The lane was already merging and I was attempting to merge when this worker pulled up next to me and I had to slam on my breaks and run off the road into the emergency lane. He then started tailgating the person in front of him to the point the had to pull off the road and this worker couldn’t even let them get off the road and almost hit them. He was speeding the whole way to a work site across from the school. We had called the number on the back of their truck and spoke to a very nice lady (her service was 5 stars). We left our numbers for someone to return our call, and no one did. I believe how someone acts when they think no one is watching speaks volumes, and what this company nor their driver was aware of was that my passenger had just had a third neurological neck surgery. The repercussions of their driver and what he did to us cause my passenger to have severe neck pain, and he also hurt his knee from me having to slam on my breaks and run off road. A simple call and apology would have went a long way. And I hope the educated their driver on road safety.

This company came through for us when our new Kohler generator was faulty. The owner Erick is very knowledgeable about Solar and sent out his technician Jim who rebuilt and fixed the generator to factory spec's. Communication was excellent from Northwestern, and Jim came out to complete the job on a Sunday, you don't see this kind of service from companies anymore! I recommend calling and relying on them for all of your electrical needs.

Fast friendly and reliable service . technician "Jim" was absolutely wonderful. He explained To my wife with great respect and detail about what was going on. That meant a lot to her as other technicians in the past treated her as if she didn't know what was going on because she was a woman. I feel comfortable with this company working in my home alone and when we highly recommend them to anyone who has any electrical problems.

Was having issues finding a company to do the startup and warranty registration of my kohler generator in Fresno. After calling Kohler Technical Support, I was given the Northwestern number. What a great help they were, Jim came out and had me up and running within an hour.

This last winter we had 36+ inches of snow and a breaker went bad, Eric saved our butts!! Thankful for his quick help and expertise.. God bless these folks!!!
