Our kitchen remodel just completed with Eskan and I felt compelled to write a review here. The initial goal of our project was to completely gut and replace cabinets and appliances while knocking out the pantry (and the wall the pantry was a part of) to open up the kitchen to the rest of the house.

The first appointment we had was with Kaveh, the lead contractor at Eskan. Kaveh walked the space and provided some guidance based on his experience. Part of that walkthrough included recommending that we consider pushing out the wall facing the backyard as it would drastically increase the size of the kitchen and give us more walking room + a much bigger island. We were worried about project costs ballooning with that change but ultimately, it fit within the budget.

After we went back and forth on the scope of the project and eventually signed off, we met with Alena and the design team as well as our Project Manager Reza. Their role is incorporating our vision with their experience and past projects to come up with a to-scale 3D version of what the ultimate space will look like. This is extremely helpful.

Reza was instrumental at keeping the project moving forward on time, within budget, and addressing any questions or concerns that pop up. As with any project, things WILL come up, this is just the nature of construction. Be prepared with a contingency budget to cover things like unexpected piping or electrical that needs to be removed, additional electrical to cover appliances/lightning, etc. Being that I work from home, I was there for 99% of the project. I'm a bit of a perfectionist with things like this so I definitely was a customer that "hovered" when I happened to walk by. Their team was fine with that and any questions or concerns I posed. Ultimately, we always agreed on a solution to anything that came up.

I can also personally attest that the quality of the craftsmanship of the entire team that worked on the house from Eskan are top notch. You can have the best contractor and designer but if the team behind them can't perform, you won't end up with a great product. That isn't the case here. The whole team is extremely skilled, well mannered, cleanly, and polite. Additionally, all the other vendors involved (cabinets, slab installation, etc.) were also great. Obviously care went into selecting them as partners.

Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! Most importantly, Kaveh is an excellent communicator. He is always a text or phone call away and would make time in his busy schedule to drop by the house and meet with me as needed.

Kaveh and Eskan Developers was the third of three contractors we spoke with to remodel out kitchen and three bathrooms. We were immediately impressed with the friendly and attentive service from Kaveh. He is easy to work with and genuinely interested in his customers. He is patient and knowledgeable. He helped us with design, materials and even provided us with a 3D rendering of the finished project.

Our project finished exactly on time and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, he has since done work for three family members.
