Amazed at how much stuff they pack into this store, they have all kinds of supplies, tools and materials you may need for those planned and unplanned projects. The staff that was working there were attentive and ready to answer any questions I had. They even have things hanging high up near the ceiling, if they don't have what you need they will order it for you. There's nothing like a local hometown hardware store.

Classic neighborhood hardware store. They had what I needed and were open on a Sunday. Drove from Santa Monica and couldn't be more happy. I miss Busy Bee hardware; Santa Monica's last real hardware store. Anza made me nostalgic. Many thanks!

Great neighborhood hardware store but VERY HOSTILE owner and employees. I returned an item I purchased only to be double-charged instead of being issued a credit. When I politely pointed out their obvious mistake, I was treated very poorly by the staff when I asked for my return credit. The owner became unhinged by my request to refund me the amount in dispute. So the caveat is: BEWARE and carefully check your cash register receipt to avoid a nightmare situation. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, like WOODS, LOWES or HOME DEPOT.

A great local hardware store that packs a lot more products than you might think from the outside. They have a better plumbing parts section than the big box stores and a better selection of fasteners, by far. Friendly and helpful staff. You don't get this kind of service at the big box stores. Support independent businesses, like Anza Hardware!

I have been going to Anza Hardware for over 40 years and they have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I went there today to buy a valve and fittings to convert a BBQ to natural gas. The gas pipe is 3/4 and I needed an angle valve and fittings to reduce down to 3/8 to accommodate a quick release valve. Well, they took the time to explain what I needed and gave me a lesson on thread differences. I took the parts home and my problem was solved. Thanks Anza Hardware.
