After this situation Patrick Wallner called to discuss problem with me. This man has nothing but the best intentions for his long standing customers! He is like no owner of any businesses in this town, I will still recommend to EVERYONE to use this company, as Patrick will listen and will make it right! The second plumber to come out, Lucas, was a gem! I did not feel like I had disrupted him in anyway or caused him to have a bad day! Thank you Lucas😊

I have now dealt with Caleb twice. First time I thought maybe it was just me, now I understand he is just an angry guy! I have been using Wallners Plumbing for years, if this is the new and upcoming generation, I think we are going to look elsewhere! This is not to say service was not on time or on the second call to fix the first problem, response was slow… because each call was dealt with quickly… however customer service was at an all time low, that I haven’t experienced from this company! And telling me on the second call out he “couldn’t fix the problem, unless the sink was moved back to its original location from when the house was built”! If I understand he couldn’t fix it in the first place, I wouldn’t have bothered the poor angry guy… and for him to then tell me I had a clog somewhere after arguing with me about the sink issue for 10 min! All of this because he couldn’t listen to what I told him on the phone call before he showed up🤦🏻‍♀️. I will be going to the business today to speak with someone, who hopefully can come and fix the problem!

I called about some sinks that were clogged and one that was leaking. I was able to use the chat feature with immediate response. After a few clarifying questions, we were able to schedule a time very soon after I called (it wasn’t an emergency).

The technician was early, and got right to work. He was quiet, polite and knowledgeable. And when he realized that the leak was related to an install from their company, he gave me a discount. I am grateful for that.

Rates seemed reasonable and were quoted before I scheduled (except for the leak because they didn’t know what would be involved).

We are so happy to have all the sinks draining again and no more leaking under the kitchen sink! Whew!!

Wallner Plumbing went above and beyond with customer service. They were scheduled to come to my house two days after I called and the next day she called, remembered I said I’d be home after 2:00, and said she had a guy that could come out. A day early!!
Caleb was great, friendly and explained everything and was out the next day with the part and had it fixed in about an hour. I highly recommend Wallner Plumbing!

He not only took on the challenge of fixing my plumbing issue, since I was out of water for four days, he crawled under my home and fixed the issue. Unbelievable service! I needed the sewer clean out snaked, late at night (around 8:30pm.). I was referred to Wallner’s by a friend of mine who is also a plumber, but was out of town and couldn’t help that night. I was connected with Caleb of Wallner and the best way to describe him was as the poster adult of professionalism.

He showed up when he said he would, completed the job within the price quoted, and was a pleasure to deal with during the entire ordeal.

He was prompt and got the job done after 2 trips to the hardware store. I sent a picture the day before showing the faucet I had that was leaking. I have no other estimates to compare the charges to, but I know my local plumbing company would have charged me a lot less but they were closed for a few days prior to Christmas and it was leaking heavily. Work was done the morning of December 24 so I do appreciate their prompt service.
