It's always a pleasure watching a professional at work. Ben, of Ament's Anytime Plumbing quickly and accurately replaced the main shutoff valve for our house that had developed a leak. In addition to the actual replacement, Ben corrected plumbing faults to the installation, dating back to the original build of the house.
His installation was beyond perfect, it actually looks as if it were created in a factory, a tough task for a hand assembled set of valve, pipe, and disconnects.
I highly recommend Ament's for plumbing repair done right, the first time.

Lori worked with my warranty company AHS to get a new water heater installed after old one busted. She stayed dedicated working with part supplier and warranty company to get this process done asap. Darien came out and got the new one installed and went over customer education with me. Seamless process, I understand they deal with this situation a lot but us as a family not having hot water was an urgent situation and she understood that. Thank you Lori and Darien. 2 days start to finish.

Professional, kind and knowledgeable. They also work with American Home Shield!

The woman I spoke with (can’t remember her name) was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. She said someone would be out in 20-30 minutes to see what the problem was and that is EXACTLY what happened.

I had Ben show up, he was extremely kind and professional. I explained what I could about the problem, which was pretty much gibberish, but he was understanding and quickly had an idea of what the issue was. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately upon seeing where it was.

Ben was originally sent just to find out what the problem was, but upon inspection stated “this is the ‘best’ issue you could possibly have” in that location. He explained that he had the part in his van and would be able to do the repair right then!

He was quick, and obviously experienced. He explained to me what the problem was and showed me what broke. He had it fixed in practically no time at all.

From the time I spoke to the woman on the phone to the time Ben left after repairing the issue was about 1.5 hours! WAY faster than I was expecting anything to go. I was very grateful for this as I had no water to the house.

I will recommend them to any and everybody that asks!

Ament Plumbing was very good!! I would recommend them to anyone! They were on time, Ben is the plumber who came was very knowledgeable and professional. He was nice and explained what was going on. I spoke with Lori one of the owners about some of the problems I was having and she was knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plumbing needs met. They are who I would call anytime I need any type of plumbing help!!

Last week our water heater stopped working at our home in Shasta Lake City. We called Ament's Anytime Plumbing at 4:30 in the afternoon. Lori was able to get the plumber out the next day and replace the water heater. I appreciate the prompt and professional response. We have used Ament's before and they are always prompt and priced very fair. I would refer Ament's to anyone looking for a quality plumber!

Ament's plumbing is very responsive; Laurie did an excellent job coordinating appointments with tenants in my 4-plex and took care of their plumbing repairs. Laurie is professional, cheerful, and pleasant to talk to.
They just came out to repair plumbing issues at my own house. The technician came out the same morning I called. Darrien is on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced the worn-out valves for both my showers and faucets. They will be my go-to plumber from now.

Ament Plumbing is amazing! Several years ago when we moved into our house in Redding, we needed several plumbing jobs done. I don’t know how I was so lucky, but I called Ament and Charlie came right out. He has been our standby ever since. They do their best to get to you as soon as possible, thoroughly describe the problem and accurately estimate the cost. Lori runs the office and goes above and beyond to get us what we need. Charlie and Lori are the best!
