Had a life time of experience with Vince and Veronica, thank you for always communicating that the water heater that was installed never worked/ [checked after installation] and wasnt checked of all safety hazards.

Vince wow what a guy, thinking I wont have someone check his work , you were supposed to screw on some important screws where the carbon monoxide comes out, thank God the heater didn't work .

On top of your wonderfully work , straps were not secured in case of an earthquake right .

Told me it's getting cold in barstow , water takes a while to heat up, knowing you never did your job right or checked.

Brent was sent to my home by warranty company. We had no hot water. He w
as very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
Needed a new water heater. We had to wait without hot water for 4 days but he arrived 2 days earlier then expected with new water heater! I was so excited. He did not forget about me.

TAPCo plumbing is amazing!! I called them about a last minute major issue. Vince came out promptly and fixed the problem. He had great customer service. I even gave his number to my neighbor who needed some work done. We appreciate good people who work hard for their company. I would definitely recommend TAPCo plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were rude and very unprofessional. Refused to fix all my plumbing issues and tried to fight me. Do not EVER recommend using them. Worst experience ever!!!!

Brent came over for a scheduled appointment. He was here to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, helpful and patient as I put my guard dog away. Brent was professional as was Vince who did
Emergency main repair a month ago. On time, professional and knowledgeable about 80 yr old plumbing. I rehired them for this leak. I’ve dealt with 3 plumbing companies and this company is the best. Thank you.
