Our water heater went out and Cabrillo was able to provide same day service. Sal gave me an accurate time window over the phone and Randy was an excellent tech who provided the estimate and installed the new water heater. Randy patiently answered all my questions, priced out multiple options, and did a thorough job on the install. Would highly recommend!

Randy came out to diagnose a leaking toilet. He was very professional and got the toilet repaired quickly. We’ve had plumbing work done by Cabrillo and they always have wonderful customer service and exemplary work. So we continue to use them and will continue to do so. They came out in a timely manner.

I had a BR sink that spontaneously backed up. I called Cabrillo Plumbing and Heating (my go to for plumbing issues). Randy was the technician assigned and he was great. I live in a condo and Randy was concerned with fixing my sink, but also how it might impact my downstairs neighbors plumbing as well. After coordinating a time with my neighbor to be home, Randy returned and fixed the problem. He identified a few issues and resolved them. I felt confident that my plumping issues were being handled by an expert!
Care was given to making sure the work area was clean and tidy. Great experience with positive results!

Randy was efficient, professional, courteous, and charged less than half of what the other major plumbing vendor quoted. He removed a lost ring from a P trap and reassembled the p trap, checking for water tightness along the way. He even lent us a wrench to solve a small adjacent problem. Would use Cabrillo again in a heartbeat.

In a moment of "what can I do today?" I came up with the hair brain idea to work on a bathroom in need of an upgrade. My house was built in 1957 and EVERYTHING is original....including the pipes and plumbing.....after 3 hours of frustration and a growing leak (yes, the water had been turned off) I finally threw in the towel (pun intended) and frantically called Cabrillo Plumbing. Sal the Dispatcher felt my pain and.....sent Randy to the Rescue! He fixed my 1957 shut off valve that no longer shut off water! He commended me for attempting to be a DIY'er but the lesson I learned was this: Never cut your own hair OR attempt plumbing projects 😅 Leave THAT to Cabrillo Plumbing! They saved me from myself....AGAIN! Thanking them just doesn't convey my deepest appreciation for this company!
