Professional and incredibly accurate! A lot of service providers are infamous for their steep prices, but this wasn't the case with Ivan's Plumbers. The quality of their work was second to none, with my faucets and sinks flawlessly installed. Furthermore, due to the everyday delays of another service provider, the plumbing team had to come back thrice. However, they never showed any sign of resistance nor did they ask for additional charges. They simply reassured me they would return. As a female homeowner in Menlo Park, their professionalism, kindness, and perfection in their work made me feel at ease and extremely satisfied! I am so happy with their service!

I've been a loyal customer of Ivan's Plumbers since 2012 and I couldn't be happier. My initial encounter with them was a late-night emergency at my mom's townhouse in Menlo Park when the sewage pipe burst, resulting in a total mess. They swiftly arrived on the scene, were highly efficient, straightforward, and extremely responsive. They even assisted with the insurance claim, which amounted to a whopping $75K to replace everything that had been damaged. Since then, they've been my preferred plumbers for various properties, from our high-rise condo in the city to our century-old house in the suburbs. They've also serviced my brothers' homes in the suburbs as well. The team is always available to pick up the phone and answer our queries! Just last week, they serviced our basement pipes. Then, on a regular Saturday, my toilet seat broke. When I called to ask 'where can I find the exact same model' and how to install it myself, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to install a new one for me, free of charge, even though it was several years past its warranty. This was simply because they happened to be in the vicinity and appreciated our loyalty as customers. It's clear that Ivan's Plumbers values their customers like family. I'm grateful for their incredible service and commitment!

Update: Got to use their services again. I had a slow drain problem, and it was addressed by the team at Ivan's Plumbers. The blockage was way down the line, but they managed to clear it. I'd highly recommend them. They pick up the phone promptly, and everyone I've interacted with, either over the call or at my home in Menlo Park, has been really good to deal with. Prior review: Fantastic experience. I was directed to Ivan's Plumbers by a firm that does gutters and siding. When I asked them who they'd suggest for plumbing, they suggested Ivan's. Calls are answered promptly and with a welcoming tone. They gave me a 4 hour window for service. I was informed when the plumber was en route. The plumber was friendly and extremely professional. He did an excellent job fixing an outdoor faucet and repairing a leak under the sink. I'm very satisfied that I called Ivan's Plumbers. Highly recommend. The cost for the service was very reasonable.

On the first visit, our plumber was very polite and thorough in explaining the process of unclogging the shower in our Menlo Park home. Unfortunately, the clog couldn't be cleared initially, but alternative solutions were offered. It turned out that all the pipes in the house needed to be replaced. Ivan's Plumbers did a truly outstanding job on this. I conveyed to the plumber that I deeply respect the work they do, especially when it involves getting under the house foundation - a task that would certainly give me an anxiety attack. These crews deserve recognition and fair compensation for their hard work. I'm grateful for their service - we no longer have any plumbing issues. Blessings to all.

I valued how our plumber paid close attention to the plumbing modifications I wanted to make in my basement. This is a part of a bigger renovation project I'm undertaking. I'm installing a new utility sink and replacing an old, dysfunctional water softener. I wanted to incorporate a more modern faucet on the sink, which would require reconfiguring the plumbing connections. I was grateful that our plumber figured out a way to make everything work and provided me with a cost estimate that was within my project's budget. I had previously obtained a quote from another business that wasn't as detailed and was significantly more expensive. I'm sure I'll be satisfied with the final results, once the job, scheduled to start soon, is completed. Our plumber had a positive attitude and showed enthusiasm in helping me realize my vision for my small basement makeover. I also valued how promptly my plumbing job with Ivan's Plumbers was scheduled, just a week after receiving the quote, here in Menlo Park.

i had a plumbing team come out to address clean outs to my main sewer line in my backyard in menlo park. when they discovered those were filled with mud, they arranged to return. essentially, they needed to redo almost everything a smaller plumbing team had previously mishandled, which, of course, was quite disappointing for me. the plumbing crew was fantastic!! they were passionate and knowledgeable about their work, and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. they kept emphasizing that customer service and customer satisfaction; ensuring the customer is happy before they finish the job, is their top priority. what took the previous plumber more than a month to do as they dug by hand, this team was able to accomplish in a single day. they made sure the sewer line was completely clear before they left. they had to jet-spray the line multiple times as it was entirely packed - clearly the previous plumber neglected to ensure this had been done. this plumbing team has my business from now on!!! where i had previously been treated poorly and my property left in terrible condition, this team treated me with the highest regard and made sure my property was left in a tidy state before they departed. you guys are the best!

I rang Ivan's Plumbers bright and early, needing a same-day dishwasher installation due to a stringent two-day return policy for any faults from the seller. I attempted the installation myself but ran into a snag with an aged copper pipe connection. With half of my time already gone by the time I got in touch with the plumbing service, I was in a crunch. I was informed they could only fit me in as an emergency after hours appointment since they were fully booked. I gladly accepted because $170 per hour was a better deal than being stuck with a $1000 dishwasher if it didn't function. To my amazement, I got a call around lunchtime informing me they were ahead of schedule and could squeeze me in at 2 pm at the regular cost. A plumber and an apprentice arrived on time and got down to business. They replaced the old copper pipe and dishwasher and got the new one set up. Then, much to my absolute surprise, they even took the old dishwasher away for me! Considering the reasonable rates, top-notch service, and exceptionally friendly attitude of the workers, I'm now a lifelong customer. many thanks!!!

i wholeheartedly endorse this plumbing service. they've been my go-to for the past 9 years in Menlo Park, handling everything from minor fixes to fitting grease traps. they're always prompt and professional. Just the other day, their plumber, was fantastic. he showed up on time and we had a list of 6 or 7 tasks that required a plumber's expertise. i pointed them out once and that was all he needed. he tackled each task efficiently, professionally and neatly! once he was done and tidying up, we discovered a leaky pipe and he swiftly handled that too, all the while keeping a smile on his face. he was extremely proactive in resolving all our problems which gave us the impression that he genuinely cared about our business and that he was not just there to clock in hours, very commendable!
