They fully explained the options available and provided their recommendation, which was a full replacement, which we decided on. Their service tech, Will, kept in constant touch with us during the replacement effort, which was completed in less than 24 hours after our initial call. Will was also very professional and completed the install in minimal time - all greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only should you need service on your water heater.

The pilot light would not stay lit on our 12 year old water heater. A realtor friend recommended Water Heaters Only and thankfully they answer their phones 24/7 because it was a Sunday night. The phone was answered by Cyrus, who is very nice and knowledgeable and he was able to schedule an inspection and estimate for Monday evening. Alex the technician was able to come earlier than forecast and not only did he give me a very reasonable estimate, but he was able to do the job that day. He did a great job installing the water heater and I’m an engineer so I’m very picky. Not only that but the price quoted was way more reasonable than another estimate I had gotten from a different company. Water Heaters Only did a great job of communicating. They wrote up the estimate and sent it to me by email, I signed it electronically along with some other documents and they were able to start the work right away. They installed a good quality water heater tank and brought everything up to code. I highly recommend this business.

I installed a new water heater late in 2000, shortly after buying my condo. I knew I'd been lucky that it had not failed in all that time, and it was WAY past time for a new one. So I called the same people who installed that first water heater, Water Heaters Only. They did a fantastic job! Dan Chavez came out and took a look to give me an estimate, and then he went out to source the replacement -- the closet for the water heater is kind of tight and required finding just the right model. Well Dan found it, brought it out and installed it. He even took photos of the progress and sent them to me, so I have a record of what he did -- I included a photo of the old water heater (left) and the new unit Dan installed. Dan was amazing and really knows all there is to know about water heaters and potential problems. I cannot recommend him or Water Heaters Only strongly enough. Great company, I am really glad I called them.

Loni Ongolea from Water Heaters Only came out the next day to replace my broken heater. He was on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and even cleaned up the pipes mess as part of the installation. They’d installed the previous water heater 15 years before and were equally good. Great service!

Loni did a great job and really saved us! He gave us a detailed and fair estimate with several options for each step. We had no hot water at the time and Loni was able to escalate the job and get it done the next day. The whole job was done very quickly and the work was very high quality. Everything looked and worked great, the room was left clean, and Loni was very attentive to all the small details.

Great service! John was a professional and a pleasure to work with. He oversaw the project from initial quote through installation of two hot water heaters in our building. In addition to a seamless installation, he also spent time with us to make sure we understood what would happen once we ran our taps, showers & toilets and showed us how to make adjustments to the temperature if needed.
