From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally. The price was a bit higher than I had expected, but since they were already here, I decided to move forward—and I’m so glad I did! Danny did an excellent job, taking his time and cutting no corners. The quality of work speaks for itself. You truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

I had to have a new dryer vent installed but the old vent was a whole going straight down to underneath my mobile home instead of on an external wall like most dryer vent wholes. The technician James who stopped by to assess and complete the job was professional, polite, detailed and provided clear instructions of what needed to be done and what the cost will be before doing any work. I was able to schedule the appointment in less than a week and it only took two visits. The first visit was to assess what needed to be done and what supplies were needed. The second visit was the very next day to complete the job which only took a few hours. Will definitely contact them again if any other problems arise.

We were very impressed with not only the response time in which Wighton's scheduled the appointment but in Dylan, the technician, arriving at the scheduled time. Dylan was able to diagnose our issues and provide solutions to our heating imbalance. I was also impressed with the automated phone system that actually understood what I said and passed me along to a scheduler without any loss of info. I recommend Wighton's as a quality service provider.

I was having a lot of trouble with my old water softener before I contacted Wighton's. They sent an expert, Alfredo Angeles - Morales, to my home and totally resolved the problem. Alfredo's technical knowledge and mechanical abilities created a swift and accurate solution. He explained system choices clearly to me and proceeded with my choice. The new installation was perfect and I'm sure that soft water will, again, be available at my home. Should other plumbing problems arise, I will have no hesitation in contacting Wightons promptly. The main reason for the low review was ALL about Scheduling!

It took 5 appointments for a heater replacement, and I wish I would have known upfront how many times and how much time this would take!

First was an evaluation, second was a estimate, third was for someone to come to verify all the items that would be needed for the job and the 4th and 5th were due to having to reschedule the installers because they were not able to make the time they originally set.

Each time I had to leave work and it took me 30 min to get to the house and then 30 minutes to get back to work. The original day of the install, I called and was told they would be on their way in 10 minutes. I went to the home and after 40 minutes called to find out where they were and were told they got hung up on a prior job. I was frustrated that I had taken over 2 hours out of my day and that I had to call them, they did not call me, and then we needed to reschedule again for the following day.

They are a good company, I just wish they did not have to have so many visits, especially as some of the visits were only 10 min long and it took me 1 hour travel time each time.

I will say, that EVERYONE was super nice. They had a heater that was not a normal heater because it was a double sided wall heater which I was concerned about and aside from how many people had to come to each do separate jobs, the time from the first appointment until the time the new heater was installed was about a week and for a special heater, I thought that was good especially given how cold it has been.

Wighton's has been my "go to" for heating and more recently plumbing for many years. Nate checked my heater in October 2024 and at the time it was declared OK. Unfortunately the heater quit (not Nate's fault) he did just fine for giving my heater it's annual checkup. I'm now waiting for Jared to call me with an appointment to install a new $4800+ motor. By the way-I purchased my heater abut 20 years ago for $5000 and it was a high end item at the time. Jared said it was an excellent heater and well worth repair. Thanks to Wighton's and now let's get the old girl repaired!

Received a fair quote to start ( had 3 individual companies in ) for 2 air conditioners and furnaces. Installation was done 1 week after agreement and was straight forward. The crew arrived on time and were professional and answered our questions as well as provided insight on how the install would go. The install went as planned and the crew cleaned up everything and offered instruction on use of the new system. There will be one follow up visit to check the system and make sure everything is working at the system standards. ( Run the new units for a week to make sure they are performing as they should, since they are new)
Anyway, Great price, Great install crew. Just a pleasant experience. I'd highly recommend Wighton's or at least get a quote and meet the team to help with that decision.

James called before arriving and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and completed troubleshooting before doing any work. This saved me significant money because I actually did not need the work I requested. The payment process was seamless and he was in and out in no time. I will call Wighton’s again when I do need plumbing work done.
