Repairs took almost six weeks, but to be fair it was over the Christmas and New Years holidays and they had to wait for parts from Tesla. Picked up my car and it looked like brand new again. However, I got about halfway home when the Sun went down and I discovered my car had no front headlights or blinkers. Had to pull of to the side of the road to enable day running lights to get home. Took car back after New Years holiday and they found that they had forgotten to plug in one of the headlight assemblies. I’m overall very happy with their work, but hopefully next time they will double check before handing the car back.

I can’t say enough good things about Vintage Auto! From the moment I brought my car in, they were proactive and professional, quickly diagnosing the issue and informing Tesla Insurance about the extent of the damage. They kept me updated throughout the process, even when Tesla took nearly four months to confirm the total loss. Vintage Auto’s team went above and beyond, handling the entire situation with patience and efficiency, despite the delays from Tesla. I’ve had friends who’ve had their cars repaired here, and they’ve had nothing but praise as well. I was pretty scared to take my Tesla to anyone other than Tesla. So to say the least I was very worried I had made a mistake, but when I got my car back it was immaculate and the color matching was spot on. I was 💯 satisfied with their repair of my car! I will say they need to work on their communication, that was the only thing I would say but their amazing work made up for the lack of communication! I will definitely take any of my cars to them and nobody else!

If you love your beautiful car and some idiot smashes into that car, Vintage Auto Body is the place to go. Customer service is top-notch, they handle the insurance part, and they keep you up to date on all issues that may arise. I’ve used them twice and was very satisfied with the work that was done.

These people are very professional. My 2023 MY, that was rear ended, came out looking new. It was in and out in the time specified. Everything went like clockwork. They handled collecting the balance from the other insurance company. Highly recommended.
