Went in to the Extreme store. They sell services, not a shop! I selected their Extreme highest paint job because I wanted done right. The guy promised to do a professional paint job on my car. He claimed the moldings, handles and other parts needed to be removed in order to achieve the work. That was supposed to be the reason for the Extreme price for the paint job.
Picked up the car two weeks later and noticed many flaws on the paint job. They refused to repair the many issues with my car.. I paid an Extreme amount to get a perfect paint job with the ten year warranty. They refused to honor the warranty in writing.

The owner was using my car for errands and personal use. I dropped of my car with a full tank of gas. Half of the fuel was used when I picked up the car. Both front tires were worn out. They must have been racing my car.
The store is a front and a sales gimmick. They farm out all of the work to the cheapest bidder in order to make the most profit.
The paint job on my car is only worth half of what I paid. I got robbed... Extremely, hence the name for their store. If you can’t believe it!... Ask them where they do the work. Ask them to show you the work they’ve done. They can’t! They do not own the body shop in the back, as they claim.
Stay away! They will rob you Extremely!

I came in for some body work last week, the process was smooth and i was amazed by the work. I would highly recommend to anyone. I also got some tires for a really good price, cheaper than any of the tire shops around. Friendly service and also seen lots of good car stereo products for sale in there... a+++++++thanks again xacc

My bmw's fender was damaged and Jay came to the rescue and had his staff take care of the problem immediately. Not only are their prices beyond reason,the quality of work is outstanding. I would definitely go back. 👍🏼👍🏼

I took my car here with severe damage to the back bumper after being rear ended. I was given an estimate by Ramiro in the amount of $4,000. I trusted these people with my car for about 2 weeks while they fixed it. after driving the car a few days of having my vehicle back it started shaking as i would brake. Having already paid the $4000 i took it for regular maintenance and was told my car was POORLY repaired and would cost roughly around $6,700 to undo and repair what XACC did to my vehicle. I went in and spoke to Tony and showed him photos of what they did to my vehicle, and he was very rude about the whole situation. I am very displeased and dissapointed that anybody would run their business this way. I do not reccomend this place to anyone getting their car repaired, and if you already have please look where the repaired as rhey might have ripped you off too.

Do not go to this place ! I repeat do not go ! A few months ago me and my boyfriend went my boyfriend got the remote start for his truck and it was no more then a month that he had it and his truck got caught on fire was caused by an electrical fire (which was the remote start) we called tony and told him what happened and he told us it was our fault cause the truck doesn’t support the projector lights and because it was an older truck but we had those lights for almost a year and we NEVER had a problem with it! But once we put the remote start with him it didn’t last us a month and my boyfriends got caught on fire on the 605 freeway!
And right now I’m dealing with my truck because i had gotten my sound system done with tony and the wires tony used burnt my fuse box and almost got my truck caught on fire I have a 2018 silverado that shouldn’t had happen ! So I’m have to do my system by scratch again! Thanks tony! They act like they’re hooking you up but in reality their ripping you off! Highly don’t recommend you here unless you want your car/truck/suv caught on fire

I took my car for a simple check up. A bigger sized man told me my car had serious repairs. It was obvious he was trying to rip me off. On top of that they went threw all the mail in my car. Wondering what kind of criminals this business employes.
