Frank and Gregory are very respectful and professional. They both communicate with me very well on a step by step of knowing the status of my vehicle repair. I appreciated that Frank noticed a part that they received and noticed it was dented and he called me and let me know that it would be a bit more days before it being ready for the final inspection. The process ceo beginning to end was very smooth and I would definitely recommend this location.

When I saw that someone side swiped my RAV4 Prime in a parking lot, I knew there was only one place I would take my car in for repair - of course it is the Longo Collision Repair Center. I’ve have taken my previous 2016 RAV4, my parents Venza and my RAV4 here. All three experiences have been nothing but perfection. The team has always provided great customer service.

During my most recent visit, I was assisted by Michael Chau. The turn around time to get my car repaired was so quick. He provided great customer service and communicated with me on when the parts arrived and setting up an appointment for the repair. I was in and out in no time. My car looks brand new again. I recommend Longo for all collision repair needs.

I recently had my bumper scratch repaired by Michael Chau, the director, at Longo Collision Repair Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. He did an outstanding job restoring my damaged bumper to almost its original condition as a courtesy!

The customer service was very professional exceptional as well. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair, from the polishing to the precise bumper alignment. Michael even took care of the bulge on the bumper that we hadn't originally even mentioned, going above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the process, ensuring I was informed about the progress of the repair. And most importantly, this was in line with the initial conversation over the phone, which Michael said that he can polish the scratched area as a courtesy and there were no hidden fees or surprises. See the attached pictures done as a courtesy, epic!

Moreover, the turnaround time was impressive; I got my vehicle back in no time, which minimized any inconvenience as we were in and out in 15 minutes. The final result was an amazing bumper that looked as almost good as new. I highly recommend this auto body shop for bumper repair – they are skilled, honest, and provide excellent service. I honestly cannot believe they just did this. This is the shop to go, going in for another car soon for repair!

Longo Toyota‘s customer service is amazing and quality in the work they perform is excellent. My Camry came out looking like something straight out of the showroom! The communication between them and my
insurance company was so efficient. They made the whole process so smooth for me! I will always recommend Longo to family, friends and even strangers! Great value on all aspects. Shout out to my estimators Jerry and Enrique, so helpful during the whole process!

I came to this location after being involved in a rear end collision. I was greeted by Michael to help me walk through steps to get my car taken care of. He showed me what damages were needed attention to. I was then introduced to the techs that were going to handle the repairs to my car Saul and Yordi. Both were very responsive and provided updates about my car repair. My car took about 2 weeks for completion and it was earlier then what was told. The repairs came out flawless, they were able to secure me with OEM bumper, provided a car wash and also was able to find me a door handle key cover which I lost. Michael and the team handled everything with my insurance, to getting me a rental to taking care of the communication with the estimate. Thank you Michael, Saul, Yordi and the rest of the collision repair team for helping me get my car repaired with no headaches at all.

The quality in the body work , repairs, and paint finish is remarkable. I appreciate the knowledge of all the estimators and their ability to speak intelligently about the entire process. Frank and Gregory are superb at their profession. I also respect the fact that management even takes the time to make a connection with clients as or when able and necessary . All personnel are kind and willing to help and treat with care. And the finishing steps at the front desk was flawless. Very courteous and streamlined service. I had the fortunate opportunity to deal with Priscilla who was more than a pleasure to deal with. She knew what she was doing and got me processed and back in my vehicle in a timely fashion.
