My Car went from imperfect to ABSOLUTE beauty after VMS Auto Body's caring repair.

12/23/2024 (UPDATE) - 2024 Ford Bronco Sport repair: The staff and service at VMS are excellent!!!! I have been coming to VMS Auto Body since 1996. Whether is for repairs for accidents, or restoration or bringing a friend for body repair, this is the ONLY GO-TO place for me. I have recommended Car Dealerships for body work at this place. I have never been disappointed with ll my referrals with colleagues friends and relatives. They TRULY are AMAZING. Thanks to Kevin, Vicky and all the AMAZING staff who not only cared for me and cars, they also kept me informed in the process of the repair. I was very satisfied with the service that I received from VMS. From the beginning, I was greeted by Jillian with a bright smile and very welcoming. I then met with Rick who proceeded to give me the estimate on my vehicle and the timeframe for turnaround on repair. The entire process went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the end result. My vehicle was repaired and looked like new. Although there were some bumps in the road due to unforeseen circumstances With the weather, VMS always kept in touch with me, letting me know where we were on the repair process and the end result was great. I would highly recommend this group to repair your vehicle and they were also very reasonably priced.

Being a first time customer of VMS Auto Body shop made me realize the value of being appreciated as a customer! Once I arrived, I was greeted by Rick and asked about my repairs. Clearly, his knowledge was impressive and an expert with body work! After the drop-off of the scheduled service, I met Raul who did all the deep detailing to make my Mercedes S55 shine like when it was new. I had a great experience here. The entire crew and Ruben especially were incredibly helpful. They helped me out every step of the way, from finding a good deal on rentals to keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and the work they did was also stellar. I had damage to both the front and back of my Toyota Scion resulting from being in a rear end collision sandwich. My car looks better than it did before my accident! Ruben has a solution for you every step of the way, he offered to get my car towed, to work with my insurance and even to help me deal with the at-fault driver. Finally, the prices were VERY reasonable considering the extent of the damage. I’m proud to say Ruben is a man of his word. I can’t recommend VMS autobody highly enough.
