I bought a '22 Lexus IS from these guys and quite honestly I'm loving the car. It has absolutely 0 problems runs smooth , interior exterior are clean which gives the car an advantage over many other used cars our there in the market so I'm absolutely satisfied I couldnt be happier . I bought a 2010 Lexus on the LA car guys. I’m happy with the car but the sale was contingent on them getting it smog checked. They added the charge for the smogging onto my bill which seems unethical. They promised me a second key fob within two weeks and said they’d call me and tell me where to pick it up … no call. Now when I call to ask about it they say they’re busy and will get back to me. They never do.
