Worst experience I have had ever. Made appointment to drop of my truck off to JJ’s auto body and paint. Dropped it off on April 10, 2024. The price was good, Jose said it would be ready in a week and half to two weeks. I was ok that’s fine. Waited for him to send me pictures of the color samples he was going to do so I can pick one. One week goes by I decided to swing by and see if he had the samples ready for me to look at. I show up and ask him about the samples, he says that his painter guy quit on him that it will take about another week. So I was like ok no problem I understand things happen but I would think an owner of a shop would at least give you a call and say this is going on and it will take a little longer to get it done. But the guy never calls to say anything. I’m the one that calls to see how it’s going with the job and to see how long it’s going to be. Long story short, they had my truck for 45 days, and every time I would swing by to see the progress my truck was sitting in the same spot every single time I went. So today on May 24, 2024 I decided to swing by to see it because he said it would be sanded and primed for paint. And to my luck I see my truck still parked in the same location it’s been for 45 days. So at that point I decided to get my money back from them.

I love my toyota tacoma, but my factory paint was peeling. I didn't want the new payment that comes with a new truck. I brought it to JJ's and now I have my new truck again. WARNING REAL EXPERIENCE. This place is very horrible. I had a front fender bender in company vehicle. My company said they will pay out of pocket fro repairs. I suggest JJ's and I wasted 83 days to find out my company car was Frankenstein and put to together. And not completely done. When driving it back home the front bumper came off. In my drive way lucky me. All I heard from Jose is that waiting on parts. Where was he was getting his parts god knows! The guy lied to me several times about being done. I had enough and went to pick it up at 5:30 pm then waited another 3 hrs at his shop to get the car back that wasn't completed. The wrost thing is that I referred this shop to my company and was trying to give the benefit of a doubt. But totally blew up in my face. SMH. All he had to due is just say he was over booked and he couldn't get to my car in a reasonable time.
