I called a few different heating and air companies i found on Nexdoor. The first guy was trying to sell me a new unit over the phone without even seeing it yet. So i called Banning Heating and air and the women who answered the phone was such a great help. She asked what unit type i had and i told her it was a mobile home Heating Unit. She told me right away do not switch that unit out, as the AQMD for Riverside County will make you replace it with their approved Unit which is junk. The tech came out and told me the same thing. He said my unit was a good one and should last 25 yrs after he replaced the valve. I am so grateful for their honesty and care. I highly recommend them for your HVAC repair needs.

Showed up on time, came back twice due to weather, completed work quickly, thoroughly explained everything. Very friendly and professional Reasonable rates. I have used them before but it is nice to find a local company that goes above and beyond. I highly recommend.

This company is absolutely the best. Excellent customer service which goes above and beyond for its customers. From the initial phone call with Christine, who coordinated the impeccable on time scheduling, to the technicians Chuck & Tim, who came to make the repairs. Prompt, professional, highly experienced, courteous and knowledgeable about their business.
Hard to find companies like this nowadays. It will definitely be my go-to company from now on.

Everything done by phone. Technician called on initial visit, but did not call on the final. Seems like they do good work. Christine in the office is very professional and email me the final bill promptly.

They were professional, polite,neat, and reasonably priced. In fact, the costly repair I feared was necessary turned out to NOT be the problem. The technician properly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a much lower price. They offer very good customer service over the phone as well.
