Excellent service provided by Eli. Responded to a home warranty claim, diagnosed the problem with our water heater, and fit us into their schedule later the same day to install a new unit. We had been without hot water for three days and are thrilled to have the new water heater! I plan to call on them when I need additional plumbing services.

I had a home warranty that took care of the cost except for my service fee that I paid. I had a stopped up sink caused by a dead garbage disposal. The young man that came to service my sink was very sweet, friendly, and really knew his stuff! I felt very much at ease with him. He reassured me that he would have me “up and running” again! I would definitely use this company and hopefully that young man again if I encounter any other future plumbing issues. Thank you First Class Water Heaters! You guys r awesome!!

Andrea in the office made it simple to schedule an appointment; and went above and beyond to ensure our leaking water heater was replaced promptly, as a scheduled surgery date rapidly approached.
Francisco, our field technician was thorough, professional, and patiently explained all of the parts he replaced after he finished. I will be calling on this company again. Thank you First Class!

Terrible - made the situation worse, sent out a new technician to fix the bad job the first one did. New technician was incompetent and extremely rude, husband had to ask him to leave. His parting words were to tell us to "next time schedule work when the baby isn't sleeping" because we asked him to keep his voice down. I would give zero stars if possible.

We had a GREAT experience with Eli from First Class Water Heaters. We recently purchased a home and our water heater stopped working shortly after closing. We first had another company come who came for 5 minutes and told us there's no way the unit could have been functioning when we bought it (even though we had been using the hot water...) and that it needed to be fully replaced. We then had First Class Water Heaters come out - Eli did a thorough investigation, and within a short amount of time he was able to identify the issue and got the water heater working again!! We are thrilled, and if/when we need our water heater fixed again or replaced they will be the first company we call.

I cannot overstate grateful I was when Mr. Herrera completed plumbing service at my property! He arrived 15 minutes into the window I was given for a technician to arrive which impressed and reassured me. He also walked me through what he was doing and what he discovered. Lastly he spent time on the phone with my insurance taking extra time to explain the situation so that I was not overcharged and so I knew what to expect in the future. My property was left clean and repaired in a timely manner. If we have any issues in the future, I will certainly reach out to First Class Water Heaters. Thank you so much Gerson Herrera!

Charles came out and fixed a clogged sink this morning. He was very friendly, professional, and I felt safe with him in my home.

We've used home warranty companies before and I was pretty skeptical. However, he did a fantastic job and didn't leave a mess behind! We'll absolutely use First Class Water Heaters in the future. Thanks!

We submitted a claim through our home owners insurance to get a leak fixed. The tech, Charles, who came out to look at it didn’t even ask where the leak was and told us he would order this certain type of piping for the house. And suggested we just repipe our entire house instead of repairing the leak which he quoted would be around $3,000-$10,000. A week goes by, mind you WE CANT USE OUR WATER AT ALL in our house and we were patiently waiting on them. Then we find out from our home owners insurance that Charles canceled our claim and we had to start over with a new company. He never returned my messages and canceled our claim. A different plumbing company came out and found the leak, turns out the type of piping Charles claimed he ordered isn’t even what we have in our house. After thinking it over, we realized he didn’t even look at our pipes!! What a waste of time. These people will scam you.
