Olvídese de las calificaciones que vean de este lugar, tuve que regresar tres veces después que terminaron mi trabajo y terminaron culpando a las piezas aftermarket que mi seguro uso, el trato lo hice con ellos directo gracias a sus dudosas calificaciones , mi seguro no me asigno este lugar fui yo quien decidió hacer el trabajo con ellos. Mi seguro solo pago, así que olvídese de este Lugar y busque algo mejor, estando allí vino un señor que afirmaba que un daño a su carro lo habían hecho en el taller.

Donny & Sam were very helpful & responsive when it came to getting my car fixed. They answered any & all questions & were very professional. They kept me up to date on what stage my car was at & I couldn't have asked for better service. My car looks amazing & the quality of service is top notch! I will continue to recommend V&V to all of my friends & family!

After hurricane Beryl I brought my car here to get some scratches buffed from the tree scratches that scuffed up the hood of my car. They buffed me up in about 30 minutes and got the scratches and tree sap off of my hood. Good experience and good price point.

This place... chef's kiss! The communication, the knowledge! ? They were so easy to work with! Insurance sent us to this body shop for repairs. My truck was damaged in a hit and run and after months of back and forth with the other party's insurance, they finally accepted liability. In my line of work, I always hear about body shops doing a bad job so when the insurance sent us here, I looked them up immediately. And to be honest, I am always very weary of reviews as sometimes when a business has too many 5 stars I start to wonder if they're fake lol but this body shop DESERVES all the 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was very obvious they have a lot of experience in this field and working with insurance companies. I appreciated the updates while repairs were being done, the customer service was excellent. They worked fast and my truck looks brand new! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I read the reviews to determine which body shop to pick. The date of completion was set back three multiple times for me.Pushed ten business days total. Every time I called I would have to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back. I wouldn’t receive text messages with answers to my questions until two business days. The reviews says communication was great and they received their car early, that’s great for them. Just wasn’t my experience. I can tell my car had work done, it doesn’t look like I just drove it off the lot. The gap on the trunk is proof of that. I know it can’t be perfect and since it’s a 2023 parts take longer to obtain. So I went with 4 stars. The hit was on the rear right hand side of the car.
