Our AC went out with a bang in the Redlands 100 degrees heat. We have a wee one and we were in a hot panic. I frantically rang 4 different companies and had a crash course in AC/quiet fan units/filters with in person pitches. Then Angel showed up from Russells and something told me I could trust him. I was right. He did not knock other contenders. He gave me the best deal and he promised my AC will be installed and up and running within 24 hours. He kept his word. Other companies said I'd be on a waitlist, we can't get units, I may be in the heat for another week - yada yada. I highly recommend Angel and his team including Mario. They cleared up their mess. Arrived at 8.15am. Job done by 1.30p. Very impressed. Russells will give you an honest quote and will tell you won't work. No BS. Just another update for this fantastic service. Our heater stopped working. Call Russells, they squeezed us in THAT morning and it's up and running. Wonderful team. Wonderful service and reasonable prices unlike their competitors. Another happy customer.

I usually don’t post reviews unless I feel it is necessary to do so. In this case I felt it was only right, Russell’s heating & air conditioning went above and beyond for us beginning to end. Our old unit caused major water damage in our ceiling and we knew we needed a new one rather than just put a Band Aid over it. They gave us a great price and the service was amazing they were able to send someone right away to check it out and a couple of days later did the install. They were quick and efficient and really knew what they were doing. I will definitely be calling them back for routine maintenance on our vents and system. Definitely recommended 100%.

Very good experiences with the service technicians. I have a preventive maintenance agreement and the company always contacts me when it's time to do the service. My only complaint is that the techs say I need a new heater (it's 30 years old), say they're going to write up a quote and email it to me, but never do. It's been multiple visits and I'm still waiting.

Look no further for a great company for all your HVAC needs. They have serviced our system (we are signed up for annual maintenance on AC & heater) and they just sold us & installed a new system to replace our 25 yr old one, and we are so pleased. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The office is easy to get in touch with to schedule service. They have definitely won us over. You should give them a try too.
