Very first time using Josh with Chill Out Heating and Air. I called him with an issue in regard's to our furnace not working properly, he was able to squeeze me into his schedule at a moment’s notice and had it fixed in no time! Chill Out Air Conditioning is TOPS in our book! Josh Pauley runs a great company and his attention to detail and service is bar none the best around! We called into Chill Out for a bad thermostat upstairs and Josh was patient and meticulous in diagnosing the issue, he was very polite and respectful when talking to my wife about the troubleshooting and the solutions that he can offer. Let's just sat that Chill Out and Josh have SAVED our summer! He was able to get out unit up and running, made sure all wire and insulation was clean and washed up the area once he was done. Josh is the best, I had 3 different Techs all sent by the warranty company and still had HVAC issues. I finally called Chill Out on my own and they came the next day. They showed me how the previous techs basically ghetto rigged my furnace and then fixed all issues. They even gave our dog a treat. Thank You Josh and Dylan for the outstanding job and thank you for serving our country!
