Felix and Thomas have great customer service and great communication skills. Not a day went by when I didn’t revive an update on my car. 30 years of driving experience and it seemed illogical to me that an insurance company would charge policies depending on the zip code, until I had the bad luck to have my car crashed 3 times in less than 2 years when i moved to another city, so I can say that my experiences were not very good with others places, until This last time I was lucky that Thomas from Swift Auto Group took care of the repairs on my car. From the moment my vehicle was checked in I knew I had chosen the right shop for the repairs. Thomas was highly informative and very professional. Throughout out the whole process kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle whether it was a phone call or a text message I knew exactly what was going on. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner and the craftsmanship could not be any better. To put it into perspective they did their Quality Control with a fine tooth comb.
