Cobraron muy caro además de una soldadura muy delgada el carro las piezas se le caían ,la luz de las placas quebrada y todavía se molestó el empleado porque le dije que así no se la lleve cobraron a la aseguradora piezas nuevas y pusieron usadas además de burlarse de mí porque estaba leyendo su estimado dos meses y todavía estoy esperando empaques que se le caía .

These guys really take care of you, even long after you pick up your car. I brought my 2018 Civic in after falling victim of a hit and run last year. Danny and his team fixed my car right up and even provided me a rental. About a year later I noticed my door card coming loose. I brought it in and they fixed it up in 20 minutes.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! At the beginning of the process when I dropped off my car they were nice because they were trying to get the money from the insurance. Process was delayed a week from the day it was promised for the job to be done, and the communication with Danny was poor. He would not answer my phone calls. When I go over to pick up my car a week later than when the job was promised to be done, still not finished. I pick up my car and Danny said that I could take it back the following job and that it would only be a “two day job”. But knowing already the customer service and poor communication from him I knew that it wasn’t going to be a two day job. Went back again the following week and ended up being a four day job. Picked up my car and there was an issue with them and the rental company at the time I was supposed to get my refund for the $150 deposit at the rental company. Tried talking with Danny because it was their responsibility for them to have paid the rental and the insurance as well. Trying to get a hold of him was difficult and the two ladies in the front were also hard to deal with since they kept changing on what they had agreed on paying at the time of the rental. Horrible customer service from that man that calls himself “top chain of command”. He argued with me that it wasn’t their responsibility to pay for the insurance and that should had been my responsibility for not having comprehensive and collision policy.
Long story short… don’t take your car here and go get a quote somewhere else where they have better customer service and won’t give you the run around.

Poor service and communication by their customer service rep. My car was in their shop in September. I was given multiple due dates and my car wasn’t ready on any of the dates I was given. I contacted my insurance about the issue and my car was magically ready to go the next day. Once I got my car back my dashboard was alerting that my headlight was out. My headlights have LED bulbs. When I looked at the new headlight it was a non OEM headlight with a non functioning yellow bulb. I called the shop to let them know what was wrong and the older women who answers the phone put me in hold. After a minutes of being on hold I decided to drive back to the shop. Keep in mind I never hung up. I arrived to the shop and the women still had me on hold. When I arrived the manger stepped out and I informed him about the situation. They luckily still had my original headlight and they installed my LED bulb back. A few days later it rained and I noticed my headlight had water in it. The headlight was not installed correctly. The next day I gave my car a full walk around and the side mirror that was scuffed looked like they cleaned with a towel because the markings from the accident are still there. Couple of parts weren’t fully painted. My cars wheel was damaged and they fixed it but the did not replace the damaged wheel center cap. The front bumper has a defect and the rear bumper was poorly installed. I was told they would order a new headlight and that they would keep me updated. I’ve called a numerous times since September and the older women always give me the same excuse. That they have no information about when the headlight will arrive and that she’ll give me a call back with information because her parts guy is on lunch and then I never get a call back. Somehow the parts guy is always on lunch even though I call at different times of the day. Which happened again today 3/24/23 when I called at 12:55pm. Ever since the work on the wheel was done my wheel brake caliper has become rusted. All 3 other wheels are perfect except the one that was worked on.
