I was referred to this shop by my insurance company after a car accident. See photos. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the process was efficient and thorough and I especially liked being updated frequently via the method I requested. Whenever I called, I was treated kindly and it meant a lot to me that they cared about my experience because of course it was inconvenient and stressful to deal with the consequences of a accident. They even went above and beyond and fixed peripheral things not related to my accident because they were already doing work. Specifically, I had chipped paint on my hood but because the hood did need a bit of repair, and they were already repainting other replaced parts, they fixed the chipped paint and it looks even better now than before the accident.

Great shop, great people. Highly recommend.

Thank you thank you thank you! My SUV decided to kiss an elusive pole at a gas station in Newport Beach. I was in tears! I called Tustin Body Works on a FRIDAY at noon and was told "come on over, we will take care of you" and they DID! The estimate, the time taken, and the quality of work were all above expectation, and I was kept in the loop the entire time while my door was being ordered and delivered. Thank you so much for saving me from a very embarrassing mistake!

I have been to Tustin Body Works quite a few times and they are amazing to work with. I initially found them 10+ years ago when our insurance company provided them as a option to get repairs for a previous accident. They did an amazing job with a complicated, pearl white paint blend and I have been coming back to them ever since. Sandro has been spot on with quoting, pricing, and timelines and the crew in the shop does great work.

Fast forward to today and 3 or 4 cars later, I have another pearl white car that has really bad peeling/flaking on the top roof rails due to faulty dealer primer. Sandro at Tustin Body Works to the rescue again...amazing job. Could not recommend more highly.

Had some bad clips on some panels after restoration of an antique...... by Sandpiper... [ which came out beautiful ]....
They asked me to stop by Tustin.. easier for me.... and they took care of me 110%.
Nice folks. They care. Use them. Be reasonable.... they take care of you as soon as they can. 🙂

Had some repairs done there. No complaints except that the detail job after the repairs was not great. Did not vacuum the car well. Also left some residue on my passenger chairs. Had to clean them myself.
