Craftsmanship was also incredible, George and Pablo were extremely kind, courteous and professional, and they got everything done quickly while still taking adequate time to answer my questions and assure the work was done properly. I had Bellows install central A/C and properly vent to the outside my dryer. The guys were great. Answered all my questions, showed me what they had done and explained it. It couldn't have gone any better and all in 2 days. I highly recommend them.

Edited on 12/3/24: Jason called today and followed up with me to explain that the management team met to review how a job involving a 811 ticket can be handled differently in the future. I appreciated that he took some responsibility and indicated that Bellows Plumbing takes customer feedback seriously. In sum, the repair experience was two-stars (moderately dissatisfied), reflecting some positive management actions that followed an unacceptable project management experience. I am not proceeding with filing a CSLB claim.

Edited on 11/27/24: I agree that the management of Bellows Plumbing misunderstands the client relationship and that it is reflected in the dismissive response and ten days Bellows Plumbing took to complete repairs to a water line that solely services my unit (I beg to differ that the work was not directly related to me). I encourage Santa Cruz landlords and HOA board members in our community to decide for themselves if the response from Bellows Plumbing holds up to the standards that your HOA community members expect when a vendor repairs their home, and whether as a landlord you would be willing to bear the cost of tenant relocation when Bellows Plumbing causes a scheduled project to be delayed.

The HOA Board emergency-approved the bid on the same day the leak was discovered. It took Bellows Plumbing ten days to schedule the repair on October 28th. I have no issues with the HOA actions, as a former Board member myself who was in touch with the property manager and board members. After the repair was approved on October 18th, I spoke directly with the Bellow Plumbing project manager about when the project would be scheduled. He proved to be both ignorant of California Government Code Section 4216 regulating dig site excavations that required Bellows Plumbing to be present when PG&E marked the site, and dishonest in direct verbal communication to me about the cause of the delay for the scheduled project, blaming PG&E, rather than acknowledge that the 811 ticket was incorrectly submitted by him and this action directly led to PG&E's confusion in marking the site. I have already outlined these complaints in a written letter to Bellows Plumbing, which I encourage you to review.

Lastly, after my attempts to contact Jason and Greg on October 31st, and subsequent attempts on November 12th, I was glad to hear back from Jason on November 26th within 24 hours of my review. This is yet another example of management misunderstanding the client relationship and only responding to homeowners under the pressure of transparency and public disclosure.

Posted 11/25/24: I have had to unfortunately file a claim with the Contractors State License Board after a project manager delayed multiple times a repair to my home's main water line, causing the water to be turned off for ten days. In repeated attempts to contact the owners, Jason and Greg, and show them what happened, the management has not responded. While many of the plumbers and technicians I think are decent professionals, it is clear that management is not trustworthy. I had to investigate the cause myself for the project delay and found that Bellows unfairly and inaccurately blamed PG&E for delaying the project (which required site marking) when in fact they told PG&E that my loss of running water was not an emergency and that it was fine for my family to not have running water for ten days.

Excellent customer service and the technicians took their time to do the job right! They replaced our direct vent water heater which was definitely unusual. It was a special order unit and required expert installation. Very pleased, thanks Bellows!

Octavio along with Danny & Alex plus electrician Tom (who had a PM helper) did an excellent job installing our split a/c units in my cabin. After the installation, Octavio figured out how to use the remote access feature with my smart phone. This was a first time experience for him. The workers were efficient and neat, worked as a team and answered all of my questions during the install.

I recommend them highly for their trade skills as well as their people skills.

Yesterday I called Bellows to check my tankless water heater that was not heating. Today I first met with Peter, who confirmed that it was an electrical issue. A few hours later, Derik the electrician solved our problem. Both men were on time, courteous, communicative and efficient. Our bill was amazingly reasonable given the professionalism and time the 2 employees gave to our issue. I recommend Bellows whole- heartedly.

Nicholas Sanchez was exceptionally professional, explaining to me everything he was doing and why. The problem was resolved and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I have used Bellows Plumbing multiple times now and have never been disappointed with their work. I highly recommend them for the expertise of their technicians and the quality of the work. They do not leave the job site until you are fully satisfied.
