They're prompt they're easy to schedule with good customer service employees are very nice and very polite they do their work fast inefficiently. And they're very easy to schedule a time and a date with and they try to make it as soon as possible not put you out by a day or so when you have an emergency problem.

I didn’t have high hopes when calling a Roto-Rooter service, but was pleasantly surprised by Steve’s prompt, honest and well- priced service.
He explained everything knowledgeably and professionally, and did not try to add on services or sell me something else. He came out and did the job well and on time. I had him back for another service at my house because I trusted his advice and judgment. Highly recommended!

Had a clean out drain overflow this past weekend. My HOA originally sent the work order to a different company but they could not come out until 5-7 p.m. the next day, and seemed very annoyed when speaking to them. I am so glad the HOA contacted Mr Rooter as an alternative. The scheduler was very pleasant. Spoke to him at 11:30 and a technician was here by 12:15! The tech, Edward, was very nice, easy to communicate my concerns to, did a great job and totally cleaned up the area surrounding the drain! In this busy time, I appreciate a company who puts into practice good customer service AND does a thorough job! I was so impressed with the service I received, I highly recommended this company to my HOA for all future plumbing issues in our development.

Was desperate for someone to fix my toilet and shower stoppage, then along came Daniel from Mr. Rooter to the rescue! He came the same day within hours, was very professional, fixed my issue and showed me on a camera how bad my sewer pipe looked. It’s an old house. So I will be using them again soon to add a pipe liner to secure the pipe, hopefully for years to come. I certainly don’t want my sewer pipe to collapse and end up costing me thousands more! Extremely happy with their service.

I was beyond pleased with my experience. The company is run well on the backend office side of things, very prompt, very profressional & very well setup. The tech was fantastic. I learned a couple things about plumbing and the plumbing in my house in general. He was very transparent about the work offerred. If your looking for a honest company that is more interested in longterm customer satisfaction than the typical sales game, these are your guys, I am usually very skeptical of service vendors but this one without a doubt is legit as they come.

I called Mr. Rooter's emergency service line on a Saturday afternoon due to a water leak. I was able to make an appointment with a technician, Steve, for Sunday morning. Luckily, Steve called me on Saturday afternoon and offered to drop by my house that same day due to another client canceling their appointment. He explained our options for fixing the water leak and I chose the more long-term solution. Steve and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient through the whole process. Steve was transparent with the cost of the project and the time it would take to complete. By Sunday, we got our water back and by Monday, the whole project was complete and I made the payment over the phone with Steve. I'm so thankful to Steve and his team for the amazing job they did for our main water line. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Steve for future plumbing problems and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service!
