I went in there to get my partners lock key thing fixed. It unfortunately is outdated and not able to be fixed by a battery switch. I went in and unfortunately the car wouldn't start after having them check out the key. Thankfully they made it right and admitted they put the battery upside down and went with me to help start my car. I really appreciate their honesty and making things right, especially when I had toddlers with me.

I’ve used Concord Locksmith professionally and personally throughout the past ten years. They’ve always been friendly and quick. I want to commend them for helping me with an emergency a few months back. I, unfortunately, locked myself out of my home and needed same-day service. While they could not help me due to their already packed schedule, they did recommend I contact another business. The other business was able to come in the next hour after my call to them, and the other business quickly resolved my issue. Needed keys made and they said they cannot help me with that. They can only pick the lock.

They are a lifesaver. I bought an old 2001 Saturn a few years ago and my key was starting to jam. My key was so worn down, they were surprised that I was even able to turn the ignition and open my car doors.

They needed to essentially pull my the lock from my car's trunk in order to to properly reverse engineer the shape of key. They went above and beyond what I thought they would do. They were very respectful and courteous, and I highly recommend this place.
