Allen is a gem! I originally hired another tech to do the work, and he flat out swindled me. I called Allen after reading reviews and he came to diagnose the problem an hour later. When does anything ever happen that quick any more? He came back 2 days later as promised to fix it and it cost me a very reasonable amount. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Allan is polite, professional and passionate about what he does. I have a crack in my old fountain which I couldn’t find anyone else to pull off. Allan fixed it. The leakage is gone and the fixed crack is almost invisible. I also like that instead of over promising, he was very honest and upfront about the issues. Normally fountain cracks are not salvageable so he couldn’t guarantee the crack to not leak for a lifetime, but should be good for a few years at least. He also deep cleaned my fountain and fixed some minor things in my water pumps that I didn’t even know. He made multiple trips to finish the job just to make sure every step has been done right vs rushing it. Allan is good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
