Dishonest. Adam came to install a $30 lock we had bought on Amazon. He also installed his own provided deadbolt. Upfront he said the deadbolt was $275 (which is crazy high but OK) and the labor "about $250". We said ok. He then finished in 45 minutes, and gave us a bill for $1250!!! Not only that, but he walked away without installing the wall plate -- just left a hole in the wall. When confronted, he said it wasn't necessary and missing in the Amazon box, but we checked and it was right on top in the box. He pressured and we paid but now we feel scammed. Avoid them at all costs. I suspect the positive reviews here are fake.

Very disappointed with this company. I called Monday morning & he said he was able to arrive between 6 & 7pm. Okay, not the end of the world, but I lost the entire day. He had the model & make of the vehicle, but when he arrived the key didn't work. I understand sometimes things do not always go as hoped for, so I agreed to wait for him another day. I was a little reluctant when he again wanted to come in the evening. I work nights, so not only did he eat up my 2 evenings free for the week, he prevented me from shopping elsewhere to actually FIX my problem!!! I called him at 6pm on Tuesday & he told me the key didn't arrive. I asked why he didn't at the least communicate with me, and his excuse was, "I forgot". Very unprofessional & distasteful!!! He told me he could be at my apartment tomorrow, which is now going on Wednesday!!! 3 DAYS LATER WITH NO KEY MADE!!!!! I told him i was only available between 4 & 5. He assured me he this would work. Again, I gave this man & business the benefit of the doubt & hoped he would come through, but at 345 I called & he rushed me off the phone saying, "he was in a business meeting & will call me back".

Not to my surprise, I have yet to hear back from this person & I still have no car key.

Word of advice to others, save your time & contact a company who follows through with their business!!!

THE MANAGER CONTACTED ME BOTH VIA TEXT AND BY PHONE AFTER HOURS. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING & BEYOND HELPFUL!!! HE HAD MANAGED TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY PLACE AT 10PM THE NIGHT I EXPRESSED WHAT HAPPENED & I EDDIE (ADIR) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE, AND EFFICIENT.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING A BAD EXPERIENCE RIGHT!! I APPRECIATE THE MANAGER FOR LISTENING & FIXING THIS SITUATION 👌 🙌 👍

Ele me dalou “vou te falar o preco para vc n se assustar depois, vai ficar $280” achei caro mas falari okay. Quando ele foi me falar o valor do zelle (que ele nao aceitou cartao de credito) ele simplismente cobrou $428. Como eu estava atrasada paguei mas vou entrar com um proceddo de overpriced. Simplismente inaceitavel!!!

These guys were just the best. They showed up so quickly to help at midnight and were done within 20 minutes. So kind and understanding and no damage was done to my lock. Appreciate them very much and couldn’t recommend them enough!

SCAM. We were not told the price of a mailbox lockout before the technician named Adam began the service (which is illegal) He tried to charge us $600 but eventually charged us $400 but left with our mailbox completely open with no lock. We would not have agreed to the service if we knew the price.

We tried to call and get a refund and our number was blocked from the technician. We called All Keys and they said they would look into it. 3 weeks later and no follow up. I called back and they said they had no record of us receiving service from them even though I have proof.

Talking with management soon so hopefully the resolve the issue
