Needed a spare key for my very old C-class Mercedes. I had initially gone to a mall kiosk but it was rejected since the key's just so old. Meanwhile, Gary at Studio City Plaza was extremely helpful in finding a way to cut the spare despite not having the exact blank. Very friendly and knowledgable service, and very fair pricing. I regret getting my house keys copied at the mall kiosk after seeing him whip up copies for other customers at a much better cost! Would highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience at this locksmith store. The person working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a proper receipt for the service I had paid for, they just threw copies of my keys into the garbage can without any explanation or justification. I would strongly advise against using this locksmith store for any of your needs. Their customer service is abysmal, and their disregard for providing proper documentation is unacceptable.

When I arrived at 10:30 AM the. Kiosk was empty. I waited, as did two other prospective customers, for a salesperson. He arrived at 11:00 without explanation for his absence. When I asked, he said he was on a call.

I recommend that ther should be a sign, “Be back soon” so people will know the kiosk isn’t closed for the day!

The repairman that fixed my front door handle is the greatest !! I had a different locksmith tell me the cost to repair my lock would cost me $250 . After previously a charge of$170 and quit working after 2 days. I brought it to Studio City plaza and he fixed it for $10 with one little spring . If you want a fair and honest business come here.

this guy saved my life!!! he helped me out when i had NO money and my keys were locked in my car. he even gave the vallet guy that was giving us trouble some attitude! really really thankful this guy was willing to help me! pls support his business!
