I’m not one to post reviews usually but in this case I feel the need to. Not only was the service impeccable, efficient and perfectly priced but Brad is truly a genuine and fun guy. Got everything wrapped up neatly and even had a great conversation. It’s rare to find business that are run by individuals who truly care about their clientele. Absolutely the BEST experience!! We have a rental property that needed to be re-keyed and had some problem break-ins. Jeremy, who is a small business owner, was so very helpful and efficient. He made great suggestions on what needed to be reinforced for security and areas where we could save money - his prices are super reasonable and the value of his knowledge and suggestions are invaluable. Apart from that, he went above and beyond, worked on a major holiday and late hours because he knew we were in a dicey situation.

We ended up getting security cameras, and he installed them and again made the suggestions that would protect our property but not break the bank.

I am a real estate broker in Oxnard so finding reliable vendors in the SF Valley is of utmost importance, and we got so lucky finding Jeremy. Apart from being a great contractor, he is a wonderful, kind human being.

These guys go above and beyond. Unconventionally, I locked my keys in my motorcycle and my guy kept on trying to make sure I get back home to my family on a Friday night and not wait around for a tow in the dark. We have worked with Jeremy, at Lock and Key Ninja, now three different times. Besides having the ability to replace and repair locks, his knowledge goes beyond what is expected--he really is a Ninja. He seamlessly installed three smart locks and made the necessary adjustments to our very uneven 1963 door frames and plates. The devices work properly and there is no more door lag. Additionally, he found an area of opportunity for break in through our front security gate (which we wanted fixed immediately) and was able to tastefully secure it by manufacturing matching wood blocks to add as barriers to the latch. Blends in perfectly. We are really happy with his service, not to mention he has a great personality and is easy to talk to. Thank you Jeremy.

Lock & Key Ninja is the ONLY locksmith I'll ever call or recommend. The guy (I think his name was Jeremy) was unbelievably nice. He even had the hardware needed to install my new security system (somehow my camera setup was missing some of the fasteners), and even help me set-up my smart house gadgets... He didn't even charge me for some of the extras... A+ 5/5 would recommend.

Can not recommend Lock and Key Ninja more! Came home after running errand to a broken deadbolt lock. Jeremy was there within 10 minutes and tirelessly worked through our stubborn lock. Jeremy’s pleasant and positive attitude definitely helped us feel reassured that we were in good hands. No matter what locksmith needs you have (except auto because that’s not his thing) you should definitely call Jeremy. You won’t regret it!
