I hadn’t want to give a bad review but I’ve given the Tesla sales team the benefit of the doubt for too long and I’m at my wits end.

The whole experience has gone sour since I received my Model 3. Jessica had offered the reimbursement for the original deposit and for the paid color upgrade to make this sale go through. I understand that I’m no longer valuable to their sales team since they got their sale. I have been diligently chasing after my reimbursement request since June this year and still have not received a resolution. Jessica and the Walnut Creek team is extremely hard to get a hold of especially after you get your Tesla. It took showing up at the showroom again to get myself on the sales team’s list/contact. Even so, 9/10 of my calls go to voicemail and no one else at Tesla can help.

I haven’t been able to enjoy my new car for half a year since I have the reimbursement on the back of my mind this whole time. I regret choosing a Tesla and my next one may not be a Tesla again. It’s not worth this hassle.

If you’re looking for good service, this is not the place to get your new car. Please avoid this location.

Worked with Chris for the test drive and he was helpful, engaging and answered all our questions. During the order and delivery process he promptly assisted us with other questions we had. Good experience overall 👍.

I waited 7 month to write this, we purchase our model y on June 2024, we offered promotional check of $2000 and that is one of the reason we bought tesla y . After waiting for 3 months ,we called multiple times to get a status of promotional check and we were told to wait for next 10 days , after not getting it we also visited the office and ask for the promotional check ,we were convinced that we ll get it soon , as usual we return and waited a couple of months and this thing is going on and on, now I have to come here and share our bad experiences with this sales department.... Chris is the sales guy who used to call us every hour before purchasing the car, after we bought it he just disappeared and never coordinate with us to help to get a our promotional check... I haven't seen this kind of worst experience in my life.. and suggest everyone not to go in this wallnut creak tesla store.

Came for a trade in. They gave me an offer. After they took my deposit, they changed my trade in value to some lowball offer. No idea how that’s legal.

Never met a bunch of happy, helpful, engaged and talkative car salespeople in my life. Not only they will answer all your questions, they will ask you questions about your car and talk about the need for a Tesla battery in your home.

You are more than welcomed to sit in any of the models, take as many photos as you want, and love that you post them in your social channels.

Of course, the Teslas are beautiful. The salespeople on hand are continuously buffing the cars to keep them shiny, spot-free, and "showroom" ready.

The Broadway Plaza location is more of a showroom for "just browsing" or "just looking" while the Dublin location is the actual Tesla dealership for the serious buyers.

Best time to visit? Friday night. You will have the store to yourself to sit in the cars and take as many photos as you want.

Thought that my experience would be better than a traditional dealership, I was wrong. It was worse. No follow through, follow up or initiative. Great car, absolutely awful customer service.
