Unfortunately, my family and I were having some trouble with our Ford F150. The car had some issues starting, and we wanted to make sure that everything was good to go for our long haul to TN.

We stopped at Finn's Ford and was pleasantly surprised by the staff. Junior was amazing with helping my family out with the car. It turns out that all that we needed was a battery, thankfully. ☺️. While we waited for our truck to be fixed, we were offered pizza, chicken, and breadsticks. Finn Ford is definitely a great place to shop for a car and / or get some work done to your car. From the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate the 5-star customer service!

Finn Ford offered such a great deal on a new Ford Bronco that I came down from Denver to pick it up. Dave made sure the whole experience was easy and he was very responsive throughout. There were no surprises, they gave me the exact price they quoted. Many of the CO/Denver dealers are charging $5-15k above MSRP on new Broncos, not offering price protection on new orders etc. If you are in the market for a new Ford, especially a Bronco, I would highly recommend Finn Ford and Dave R!

Made an appointment for oil change and fuel filter ! First time I showed for my appointment. Mech didn't show for work! Second time I came for my appointment they only had oil filters so they did that. Junior asked me did I want to pay now or when I came back to do fuel filter! So I did the right thing! When I showed up for the rest of the work! Not only was it 100 dollars more than they said it would be they tried to charge me 300 more ! Do not go here! They are crooks!

The people here are awesome. While I may not have purchased a vehicle here, I did have some car troubles last week and had to leave a car I was towing overnight. Jamie was super helpful and allowed me to park that vehicle on their lot overnight until I could come back the next day to get it. They kept it safe and eased my mind. Great people all around. Had to have our Ford towed here on the way home from a road trip. We had great customer service with excellent help from Jamie and Caitlynn. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Glad we had them to help get us back our vehicle as quickly as possible.

While headed toward Blythe, I needed to have a tire replaced on my truck after having a blowout. Caitlynn ordered the tire for me and scheduled an appointment the day after the tire arrived. She worked with my insurance company to get the tire replacement paid. While in the shop for the tire replacement she was able to get two recalls done for me. The service department was very accommodating, and I will not hesitate to call them again if I am in the area and need help. Thank you, Caitlynn!

Ford should take their name off the building. Kept my truck for a month claiming it was because a part not being available. Left the windows down on a ‘22 350 Platinum for a month. The part turned out to be available less than an hour away from their shop. When I went to pick it up, my medication was missing. Everyone in this department has a goal of doing as little as possible daily. The manager doesn’t know an air filter from an air intake. She has to be family to Henry T himself or her talents aren’t for customers. I pray you all get what you deserve!
