Consumer beware, I had the front end of my car repaired here, and the paint started failing after six months, once I decided to pursue the warranty that I am promised this company has done everything possible to get out of repairing my car. They lied on the phone to the insurance company about the nature of the issue. I was on the line. I am pretty sure that paint is not supposed to start peeling off the entire surface of the bumper in different locations. I have been in the service industry for over 15 years and there’s one thing that I cannot stand, it is when a company does not own up to their mistakes. Not once was I given an apology for what I was experiencing, from the start I was given excuse after excuse after excuse instead of trying to take care of clearly shotty work that was done. They claim because the bottom of the bumper hit a curb that it caused the paint failure. First, the paint fail started before any curb was hit, and the only part damaged is underneath the bumper where it scraped a curb, but yet the entire bumper all the way from left to right and top to bottom has paint peeling. They do not want to warranty it because of this even though they were given the go ahead by me and by the insurance company. Then they want to blame the paint manufacturer and wait on them to see if they will cover it. Again, they are doing everything they can to avoid repairing the work. If they are going lifetime warranty their repairs then why are they trying so hard to avoid fixing an issue that is clearly the fault of a bad paint job. Do not use this company,

New entry!! it is so interesting that in their response, they keep focusing on one spot of the front of the bumper that hit a curb, but are ignoring the fact that the paint started peeling off areas that are nowhere near that spot. They want you to think that they are justified in not covering the #Warranty. Because of some minor damage to the underside of the front bumper. The paint is failing all over the entire area that they painted which was the whole front end. This company does not hold up to their warranty promise. They were so concerned about getting paid to repaint the area of my car that has paint failure instead of doing the right thing. Again, do not use this company.

Terrible service. They did a shoddy paint job, and now the paint is peeling off. They refuse to fix it, causing my husband a lot of stress. He trusted them with his car, but they won't do the work or repair the damage. Avoid this place at all costs. There are much better options out there. Read the reviews. We didn't, and now we're stuck in this awful situation. I hope they do the right thing, otherwise, it's a scam. They will lie and say the vehicle was damaged and that was not the case. The paint was coming off all over. They lied and scammed us. Avoid at all cost! Horrible service.

Received an estimate on repairing my truck, paid $500 for deductible to start repairs. They call me a few days later saying the door shell is backordered indefinitely and no estimated time back in stock. I decided to take my truck to Puente Hills Toyota to get truck fixed. Asked Canyon to refund my $500 since services were not rendered. They will only refund $500 minus re-stocking fee of the other parts.! If you can't get ALL the parts why would you buy any parts if you can't fix the truck? I am going to reverse charges with bank.

I had my car fixed after an accident and it looks better now than when I first got it! It feels like I have a brand new car! It's gorgeous again! The staff was also beyond helpful and nice when I was stressed out. I really appreciate them and all the work they did.

Great work! Easy to deal with, they did a fantastic job on my car. Someone smashed into the drivers side of my car. Lots of work, but they did a perfect job.
