The entire street is alright as I believe there’s nothing wrong with the Cement Concrete. Starting in October Garden Grove City has construction cars driving up and down the neighborhood street digging up the cement concrete. After two weeks every driving street turned into a dusty nightmare. The neighborhood then received a letter representing Sully-Miller Contracting Co. There were notifications the construction of the street was taking up to 10/31/23; then a new sign on 11/03/23; another sign on 12/03/23. Since the first two weeks from 10/04/23-10/17/23, completely digging up and leaving the street in the ground with dust. After that, the street is blessed with wet, dust. Three weeks without a cement layer just water on a daily. There should be no reason to excuse the street can’t get done, or the city has insufficient funds to pay the Contractor.
The driveway was heavy with dirt
The sidewalk was heavy with dirt
Cars are fully dust
Front yard and back yard fully dust
Who is responsible for this?
People who are living in this neighborhood suffer from asthma, allergies to dust, coughing, and eye infections. Can this wet dirt and dust at the place where you are living? What do you think?

What a great contractor. They seem to do a lot of work all around the area and really have a great group of employees and leadership running their crews.

One of your workers almost caused a wreck while driving my son to school. You all are working on Sierra Hwy in Palmdale. Your driver turns on his caution lights and swerves between two lanes to get traffic to stop (like he's CHP). INSTEAD OF having another capable individual signal a stop with a stop sign so that traffic wouldn't be disrupted. He yelled at me as I slowly maneuvered around his long bed pick up. The speed limit on Sierra Hwy is 55, and he comes out of nowhere at least a half mile from where the actual construction is being done. I recommend this company hire competent and professional individuals, or at least enough people to work a job.

Congratulations Sully-Miller Contracting for having the intelligence to hire a man of charachter, professionalism, competency, expertise and most of all kindness!!! You are to be comended for having a man such as Nick Boyer representing your company!
I too owned my own contracting company for 25 years, I could only dream of having such an employee.
It's no wonder your work on hwy 127 is PERFECT! With a man like that as part of the crew it is no surprise.
I travel this hwy frequently and you're doing great!

They were hired to redo my street and originally listed for a 3 day finish which is reasonable. Then they switched it to a 10 day window where no one can park on the street and they haven’t done anything for the first 3 days. Terrible company and time management.

This company has taken over 1 month to pave a 1/2 mile section of road in a residential area of South Redondo Beach. On some of the 4 days per week they may actually work, they have isolated an entire section of the neighborhood from the local elementary school forcing parents to drive out of the neighborhood to find another way to the school which is literally just blocks away causing congestion and in at least one case a car crash. From a witness stand point, the planning of the project did not take into consideration traffic patterns or necessary concurrent road usage, this shows obvious negligence in project management. The plus side is they have nice new trucks and the roads are repaved but who knows how long that’ll last. If you see vehicles that say Sully-Miller Contracting, a Colas Company, this is what to expect.

Was cut off today by one of their drivers in a white f250 and when I called to report that their driver was driving through the emergency lane and cut me off to get in they hung up on me… zero accountability or professionalism from this company
