One Saturday when my regular locksmith was closed I came to Pioneer lock and safe in a panic. They had everything I needed they are fast and reasonable. Also they are now my regular locksmith. If you need locksmith services, Pioneer Lock and Safe should be your regular too!!

This Lakewood location staff is extremely rude and has bad service. I called and asked to speak with the locksmith and the man who answered seemed to start speaking in another language and then said "eff u, eff u, eff u" and hung up. I called back to tell him that I had called the previous Monday to ask the locksmith about a lock I was looking to purchase online and told him how rude he was and that I would not be doing business with him. His reply "Well, then hang up" so I did.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My father called to have a lock repaired and paid $80 for the repair. When the repairman left, the lock was still not fixed and need to come back with a specific part. That never happened and we still got charged the $80.

When I got on the phone to fix the issue, she immediately was aggressive, did not let me speak one word to her and called us liars---without even listening to our concern. Stole our money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! agree with a previous review--very creepy and rude

Cay was great when it came to helping me in a rough situation! I locked the keys in the trunk of my 1968 Camaro, and after almost 2 hours of trying to unlock the trunk, Cay decided to just remove the back seat with me to get to the trunk, he spent well over 2 hours with me throughout the process. thanks again!

The best Locksmith around! So friend and great Quality service. She took my broken bent key and made a duplicate. Came home and it started my car right up. I will forever be a customer.
