Amazing team of professionals. They were responsive and attentive during the initial planning stage of my garage wiring project. They were on time and reliable during the installation phase of the project. They followed up after completion of the project to make sure I was satisfied with the work. From the owners to the electricians, Fullerton Electric was a pleasure to work with. No change orders, no upselling, no nothing negative on my job. It seems that many contractors want a signed contract and then they blow you off on getting your job done. They make excuses for not producing what was promised. Excellent work and attention to detail. I needed a 200amp panel upgrade for a client’s house. He could not get home insurance coverage without upgrading. I contacted Fullerton electric and had someone out the next day to evaluate and provide a quote. Communication was exceptional and on point. I had a written quote in my email that day and a follow up phone call to verbally explain it. The job was completed prior to closing escrow and my client told me the installer was professional, courteous, and cleaned up. Would definitely use again. Thank you Fullerton Electric.

Poor customer service interaction. They also have a lack of transparency regarding collection efforts and no supporting documentation provided. Additionally, there was an unwillingness to take accountability for accounting errors and notices sent to clients.

We recently purchased a new home in Anaheim Hills. Upon learning our electrical panel was very old/dangerous, our realtor Daniel Plotnik recommended Don Holly at “Fullerton Electric.” We were very happy with their service. They were priced fair, and did a great job up to code. The best part is their friendly demeanor both on the phone and in person. Highly recommended to anyone! An added bonus was they recommended a great stucco repair person after to make it look new. 10/10 service.
